3 months later
Months had passed, Xavier had lost weight , he wasn't eating well , nor sleeping well , he drank every day.
The Alpha and his wife would secretly go see the kids and not raise any suspicion.
Rina spent time in her room she wasn't feeling okay , she had gotten weaker.
The weather today was different for the first time in months since the twins have been in deep sleep.
It was hot and sunny, birds flew , the waterfall filled up , the grass was green and flowers bloomed and everything was beautiful once more.
Lauran woke up and made a huge breakfast, Sedia walked to her carrying Carly " morning love , why are you making so much food?" , " I think they will wake up today look outside" Lauran said smiling, Sedia walked out looking at the once dull forest light up again.
He smiled and walked back in , Carly was now asleep "let me put this one back " he said walking to the kids room and putting her between her brothers.
He walked down and sat down waiting for breakfast, they head footsteps and Seb ran hugging his mom " ow baby finally, where is your sister?" , " putting Cade to sleep I kinda woke him up " he said sitting down.
She walked down and sat down " morning" she started eating her food fast and the parents looked at each other then at Seb.
After she was done she washed her plate then walked out of the kitchen.
" is she okay? " , " yes it's just that she can feel Xavier, he's weak " he got up " we will visit again" , " you're leaving? " , " yes Lina and the kids need Xavier and Rina needs me " , " you just woke up , you haven't ev..." , " we're fine mom and well rested" he ran a hand on his hair " can't believe our hair isn't white anymore " , " why is that?" , " it's because we've saved the nations ,now we can live peacefully and you won't have to worry about Lina she can now speak to others without harming them " Sedia smiled.
Lina walked down with the kids and everything, Seb helped her.
They waved and disappeared.
They walked into the house , Lilith was happy and helped with the kids , Lina refused to live in her old room , she went straight to her's and Xavier's wing and prepared the room for the kids.
She bathed the kids and fed them and put them to sleep , she took a bath cooked some cream pasta and sticky wings then dished up for herself and Xavier.
It was in the afternoon Xavier walked in and threw himself on the bed as he was drunk.
Lina didn't say anything she let him be , late evening she was feeding the kids and heard the shower turn on , Xavier was up , she put the kids to sleep as she was about to walk out the door Xavier stood in the hallway.
He marched to her and stood infront of her " who are you? And why are you here? " he asked anger in his voiced Lina just smiled , Carly started crying and she walked back in putting her to sleep Xavier followed her in but stood by the door not wanting to get close to the kids.
" why are they here? ", " where else would they be ? If not with they mother and father? " she walked passed him to the kitchen and he followed.
" I said who are you? " , " has it been that long that you don't even recognize me? Xav " his eyes started being glossy from the tears he held in.
" you're not Lina , I would've felt her wake up " , " how? You haven't visited me since , I left nor the kids , you've been drinking every day , how would you have known I was up? " he kept quiet.
She took out they food from the warmer " we should eat " he placed his plate infront of him and they started eating silently.
Seb walked in " hey , came to fetch my plate" , " it's in the warmer " Lina said , Xavier looked at Seb and he just walked to the warmer taking his plate out.
" ill say goodnight to the kids " , " no " Xavier stood up " what do you mean no? " , " I don't know who you people are , don't you dare go near my children " Seb chuckled.
" your children? If you don't know who we are , what makes you think those are your kids? You haven't even seen them since they were born " , Seb walked away and into the kids room and walked out carrying Cade.
" Tian , stop waking Cade up " , " I didn't I swear he always wakes up when he sense's me in the room " , he stood next to Xavier " you look so thin now , did you stop playing football?" , " no ive j.." he paused looking at Lina.
" why did you break our promise? Why did you leave us? " , " I didn't break your promise Xav but you did , you left us , you turned your back on me and the kids , I was right here you just didn't try and look for me " , " I saw you die with my own eyes " , " I never died, I went back to where I left you , where you were supposed to wait for me and take care of our children".
" Lina I c..." Seb put Cade in Xavier's arms " don't abandon my sister and my kids again , ill take them far away and never bring them back and that's a promise" he picked up his plate and walked out.
Xavier looked at Cade as wrapped his hand around his finger and sucked on it till he fell asleep.
Lina stood up " ill go place him in bed " , " no ill do it " he got up and walked to the kids room placing him down he kissed all they forehead then walked out.
Lina was washing the dishes " I am sorry " he said she turned looking at him " I just couldn't take it , the pain , I couldn't face them without you , I am sorry , I am sorry , I am sorry " he fell down holding onto his heart repeating the same thing.
Lina ran to him " Xav what's wrong?" He held onto his heart Lina ran down to the main house.
" call the doctor Xavier isn't okay " she shouted and the Alpha and Cyrus ran up and picked Xavier up , they drove to the hospital.
Lina was pacing up and down infront of the room waiting for the doctor " sweetheart sit down for a minute, tell us what happened and how you're here".
