Lilith stood up " both of you fix this! , your father has been so patient and understanding for so long , he's old and is sick " they both jumped up.
"Sick!" " why didn't you tell us? " Xavier asked " you were so lost in grieve how would I have told you? Have you ever asked how your father was? He was coughing blood , she ran to him and held onto his hand , he tried yanking it away but she held it steady " let it be Lina " , " how can a daughter leave they father's hand? Who will protect me then if not my father?" He looked at her.
" sweetheart I am sorry " she let his hand go and hugged him " I am sorry " she pulled away and with force she hit his chest and he spat out 3 blood cloths.
" I thought I still had time to do this but it looks like , I misunderstood it " she picked up the clots taking something out of them.
" you were poisoned at a young age but the antidote was always inside you " she gave him water and small pill looking things she took out from the clots , he gulped it down.
" ill come visit you every morning, rest , don't even try working" she said he just smiled kissed her forehead and walked out to his room and slept.
Lina cleaned up the mess Xavier hurriedly walked in just as she spat out blood catching her before she falls.
" why did you have to take it out? You're weak and haven't rested long enough" he shouted at her picking her up.
She just smiled and laid her head on his chest closing her eyes.
Months later
Xavier was getting better with the kids , though he would have mini chest pains they weren't severe.
Rina had fully healed, Tian decided to mark her but they didn't complete the bond Tian was determined to wait.
Lina was doing good being a mom and settling into her Luna duties.
The Alpha was fully healed and travelled with Lilith to his vacation home.
Sedia and Lauran lived peacefully in they home , having they grandkids visit them on weekends , they enjoyed having the little ones over.
The nations were united Xavier was the King Alpha, Tian was his Beta they were inseparable and lead the nations well.
The Academy got fixed and was opened once more and extended , it was now bigger.
