A\N: My second Pepperony oneshot today and my fourth (?)today, I hope you enjoy this one Angels.

It's been three months since her husband killed Thanos and therefore killed himself to save the rest of the world and she still can't comprehend that he's never coming back to her or their daughter, a daughter who he'll miss seeing grow up. Tony's death wasn't like when he was kidnapped by the Ten Rings for three months, his suit couldn't save him and bring him back alive. He was gone forever, along with Nat. He was never coming home and that hurt her more than his disappearance in 2008 did.

After putting a crying Morgan to bed, leaving her Arc Reactor night light on, Pepper walks into her and husband's bedroom and closes the door and lies down on her side of the bed, her watery eyes zeroing in on the photo she has of her and Tony in a gold border frame. "I love you, Tony, so much." She says as tears slip down her face, falling into a light slumber.

Pepper is woken up by her five year old daughter bouncing on her at 7 in the morning. "Mommy, wake up." The little girl squeals. Pepper opens her eyes and smiles at her daughter. "Mommy's up." the former redhead says as she sits up. Morgan giggles, a sound Pepper hasn't heard since Tony died. She sits up and hugs her daughter. "Morning, Baby." She says as she picks her daughter up in her arms, kissing her little girls on her temple and getting out of bed, looking over at her husband's side of the bed that has been cold for three months. She still expects to see him sleeping beside her, as if the last three months were all big nightmares but he never is. Her husband's side of the bed has remained cold and untouched for three months and it always would be. Shaking her head, Pepper walks into the kitchen to get coffee and breakfast and stops dead in her tracks at what she sees.

Standing in the middle of the kitchen is her dead husband. Her mouth drops open in shock. She puts her daughter on the ground and watches as the little girl runs into her daddy's open arms, sobbing into his shoulder, saying his name over and over again. Over their daughters shoulder, Tony's eyes lock onto her own, a smile gracing his lips. Pepper just stares at her husband in shock. Tears fill Pepper's eyes as Tony releases their daughter, straightens up and walks towards her. Before she can speak and ask him how in the hell he's alive, her husband crushes their lips together in a bruising kiss that makes her stumble, luckily his arms, flesh and metal, shoot around her waist to keep her from falling on her ass. She doesn't mind nor does she care that her lips will be swollen by the kiss ends, unfortunately. She hasn't had a kiss from her husband in three months. Her husband reluctantly pulls away from her lips but wraps his arms around her and pulls into a crushing hug. She buries her nose into his shoulder and lets the tears slip from her eyes. "I missed you, Tony." She sobs and she feels Tony rub her back as he kisses her temple. "I missed you too, Pep, I missed both of my girls." He says quietly. Pepper pulls away from the hug and kisses him deeply.

Pepper lays her head on her husband's naked chest and intertwines their fingers together. "I missed you, Tony." She repeats to him again in a whisper even though it's just the two of them in the house, with Morgan being  with Peter who ran to his mentor/father figure and sobbed into his chest for over an hour before taking Morgan out to play so Tony and Pepper could be alone. Tony kisses her messed up hair. Pepper lifts her head from her husband's chest and kisses his lips. "Please don't ever do that again." She pleads against his lips before pulling away. "I promise. I won't do that again." Tony promises her, Pepper just sighs and snuggles closer to her once dead husband.

After 3 months of believing the father of her daughter and her husband was dead, Pepper Stark is extremely happy to spend eternity in his arms with her daughter and unofficial adopted son beside them.

Pepper wakes up from her dream with tears trailing down her face as she looks over at her husband's side of the bed which is empty. She sits up and grabs the photo of her and Tony and traces her husband's face with her painted fingernail. "Even though it was just a dream, at least I was in your arms one last time." She says to the photo as tears trickle faster and faster down her face, she holds the photo to her chest and closes her eyes, hoping she doesn't have another dream where he's alive.

A\N: My second Pepperony oneshot, I cried while handwriting this one because it's what I feel like would happen to Pepper after Tony's death in Endgame. I hope you enjoy this sad oneshot, Angels.
