Appearance: Mizuki is a 16 years old young girl with a tall and slender built, she had a rosy cheeks, she had a natural red sensuous lips in contrast to her fair white complexion. Mizuki had a voluptuous curvy figure having tiny waist, long willowy limbs and slim legs for her young age. Her eyes are turquoise with uniquely having crescent moons wrapped around her black irises that curve to the right which are framed by thick, long and full eyelashes are said to be one of the most seductive physical features she had. She had a knee-length long blue hair with loops on the tips and pink streaks along with a soft bangs hanging across her forehead which had a pink streak on the right side, she also had a waist-length blue fringe with loops on the tips and pink streaks hanging in front of her ears framing each side of her face. 

She wears a white long-sleeved turtleneck shirt with bishop sleeves and turquoise bracelets at the ends of her sleeves and black shorts with patterns of blue stars and a moon, and a planet with a ring around it. Mizuki wears a blue shooting star-shaped earrings, she also wears matching rings on her ring finger and her pinky finger which are crescent moon and star pendants, Mizuki wears a black high-heeled sandals with two blue crescent moons and blue heels. She has pink nail polish on her fingernails and toe nails, and had a pink eyeshadows and blue mascara. Mizuki also wears a small pair of blue bracelets which are gift from her adoptive sister Tsumiki Fushiguro.

Personality: Mizuki is a very cold and indifferent person who cares little for the events around her which comes from having grown bored in the life that was forced upon her. With all people automatically drawn to her and unable to physically oppose her, she actually finds someone stronger able to resist her at all amusing. Stemming from this, her greatest desire is to find someone who will genuinely love her. Mizuki showed great interest in Yuji Itadori after hearing from Satoru Gojo that Yuji impulsively swallowed Sukuna's finger, yet she also showed interest in Yuta Okkotsu due to Yuta's apathetic person to deceive others on killing Yuji. It was because of an unknown experimentalist who gave her the ability to be irresistibly attractive to everyone that she hates him, accusing him of taking away her ability to be genuinely loved, and she expressed her desire to kill him for it. Despite her desire to feel true love, in which both Yuji Itadori and Yuta Okkotsu were potentially able to give her monogamous, and was fine if someone else would sacrifice themselves to the although she stated she wouldn't allow them use Yuji Itadori nor Yuta Okkotsu for it. Mizuki also has a derisive attitude referring to Nobara Kugisaki and Kasumi Miwa as "dears". While unconcerned with others, she openly voices her disdain of combat, viewing it as barbaric. Despite her cold personality, Mizuki showed that she cares about the feelings of others.

Mizuki's relationship with most people as strictly pragmatic and professional, as she did not condone (?)'s reckless actions of going against his enemies while using her cursed tools as a without her consent. She also threatened Naoya Zenin with death if he failed to uphold his part of the bargain, rationalising it as a business transaction. She considered Naoya's Projection Sorcery ability, as useless to her, and that if he remains below her expectations, she would not hesitate in disposing of him. Even more, she has no problem changing loyalties should it suit her interests. Nevertheless, Mizuki is able to recognise when she makes mistakes and acts unjustly towards others. 

Due to Mizuki's abilities, she was constantly pushed by Satoru Gojo to be his student so she could bond with her adoptive brother Megumi Fushiguro. Despite Mizuki hating on Satoru's annoying persona, she did not hesitate to revive him through her power. Alongside reviving Satoru, she also did not hesitate in resurrecting her adoptive sister Tsumiki Fushiguro and spend last moments of her adoptive father Toji Fushiguro.

Abilities

As being experimented by an unknown experimentalist in order to secure the future's fate despite not being born with cursed energy. It had been revealed by Satoru Gojo that Mizuki's true depths of power is unknown, and Maki Zenin claims that Mizuki can only use taijutsu. According to Masamichi Yaga and Yoshinobu Gakuganji has noted that her combat abilities exceeds Satoru Gojo, Yuta Okkotsu, Sukuna and her adoptive father Toji Fushiguro.

Senrigan

Being heavily experimented to trade-off her lack of cursed energy, Mizuki gained the power of clairvoyance by awakening the in her left eye, allowing her to perceive everything that is currently happening in the world and all that has happened in the past, even events in different dimensions, up to the point she was born. However, her extrasensory perception doesn't extend to the spiritual and mental planes. The infusion also granted Mizuki the ability to freely levitate and fly about as she pleases.

Due to the unknown experimentalist's unique modifications all who see her face are instantly enchanted by her − both men and women, with the exception of powerful Jujutsu Sorcerers like Satoru Gojo and Yuta Okkotsu − into becoming completely captivated with her. Her influence affects them on an instinctual, unconscious level, unable to harm her or resist her commands. Trying to resist her control for too long will lead to vertigo, fever, headaches, and inevitably lead to brain damage. However, non-offensive and indirect means of opposition, such as the , are still possible. She has no control over this ability, and the effect lasts until she dies. Satoru has acknowledged that Mizuki could easily take over the entire world with this ability. This enchantment is in fact one application of the Shinjutsu: Omnipotence, bringing out her deepest desire: to find true love. She is unable to consciously control this ability due to her lack of cursed energy. For some unknown reason, According to Satoru Gojo, the current Jujutsu Sorcerers are immune to Mizuki's enchantment to the point that Cursed Spirits aren't immune to her enchantment. It had been noted by Satoru that her case is similar to Toji Fushiguro which allows Mizuki to freely interact with cursed techniques and cursed spirits.

Cursed Spirit

Mizuki had a cursed spirit that can store many different objects within its body. Mizuki can freely interchange her weapons by putting them in and taking them out of the curse's mouth. The curse can shrink itself within its own body, allowing Mizuki to ingest it so people can't detect the curse energy it emits. Formerly Toji's cursed spirit, The inventory curse contains Toji's entire wide arsenal, including his cursed tools and even a swarm of Toji can use as a chaff grenade. Toji and the curse had established a master-servant relationship and gradually given to his adopted daughter Mizuki Fushiguro.
