NARRATOR: Everything was black. Krysia couldn't see anything. But she heard a familiar voice saying her name.

VOICE: Krysia?

NARRATOR: The blackness was swirling around, closing in, growing out, as if it were a breathing thing.

VOICE: Krysia?

NARRATOR: Suddenly, she found the darkness fading and seeing strange shapes floating, and along with the familiar voice.

PIP: Krysia, wake up!

NARRATOR: She jolts herself up, wide awake. Pip's been trying to get her up for the past few minutes. Krysia remembered feeling a little dizzy and everything spinning. That dizzy-spinningness feeling happened in the cafeteria. She looked around. She noticed that she was in her room and seeing all the faces of her friends that expressed worry.

KRYSIA: Huh?! What happened? Did I pass out or something? (rubs her eyes, remembering that she felt tired earlier)

KC: (looks down at Krysia from the side of the bed) Yeah, you passed out.

FREDDY: Why did you pass out?

PIP: Yeah. We never really expected that to happen. Even Captain Beakman...

KRYSIA: (still feeling tired and a little sad, mumbling) Oh...I...uh...I don't know...

NARRATOR: She feels bad now, knowing that her friends were all worried and also knowing that Captain Beakman was a little freaked out about the sudden unexpected scene.

AVA: Are you alright though, Krysia?

JP: Yes. You gave us all quite a scare.

BODHI: (loudly) And worried sick!

MR. WOODBIRD: (came in the room, holding a box of a new lamp) Hey, Krysia, your new lamp arrived. Want me to hook it up for ya?

KRYSIA: (still sounding a little sad) Sure.

NARRATOR: Mr. Woodbird went over to the nightstand table and hooked up the new lamp. He was going to leave when he was done but he noticed something.

MR. WOODBIRD: (noticed something) Are you alright, Krysia? You don't really seem like yourself. (stopped in his tracks and turned around to face krysia from the door)

KRYSIA: (still sounding sad, mumbled softly) I'm alright.

NARRATOR: Captain Beakman came in. She wanted to check on Krysia but when she was going to earlier, she got stuck in a small meeting with other fliers instead. Yet, she still seemed freaked out about that sudden scene that happened in the cafeteria.

CAPTAIN BEAKMAN: (came in the room, sounding worried) Is everything alright?

NARRATOR: No one really knew what to say. They all just nodded their heads, saying nothing but saying everything at the same time. Krysia has her head resting on her knees. Then, Krysia felt her eyes watering. She doesn't even know why. She just felt so sad and upset. And then tears came spilling out. Everyone looked at her. Even with her head on her knees, she could still feel her friends looking at her. She started sniffling and sobbing. Pip, who was sitting on the bed and was trying to wake her up earlier, put a flipper around Krysia and hugged her close.

PIP: (puts a flipper around krysia and hugs her close to him, sounding really worried) You okay, Krysia?

NARRATOR: Krysia got out of her position and shook her head.

FREDDY: What's wrong?

KRYSIA: (between sniffles and sobs) I just...feel so bad...I didn't expect me to...pass out and make you guys worry about me...And now...I don't know! (hugs onto pip)

NARRATOR: Once again everyone didn't know what to say. Krysia's usually a happy, fun, kind, and a loving person. They didn't expect to see her cry.

KC: Anything else bothering you?

KRYSIA: (tears spilling out of her eyes) I'm sorry, Pip.

PIP: (wiped krysia's tears) What are you sorry about?

KRYSIA: (tears still coming out of her eyes) For Hunter bullying you and...well...basically everything else after that.

PIP: (holding krysia close and wiping her tears again) It's okay. You don't have to feel sorry. It's not any of our faults that Hunter was bullying me. We did end up getting him out of here anyway so we don't have to worry anymore. Everything will be okay.

CAPTAIN BEAKMAN: I know this is sort of bad timing to ask this but, Krysia, would you like to have a job here?

KRYSIA: Me?

NARRATOR: All of a sudden, she felt a little more happy. She didn't exactly remember being asked that.

CAPTAIN BEAKMAN: (smiling) Yes. You've been a big help and you've been getting all of us to calm down a little and to think of a plan and stuff. You've been doing that ever since we first met you. And you're fun, kind, sweet, loving, and an overall amazing person who we've never met before.

KRYSIA: So let me get this straight. You're offering me a job here at T.O.T.S.?

NARRATOR: She never really had a job before so this was exciting and she's never been offered one either.

CAPTAIN BEAKMAN: (giggles) Yes I am. Do you wanna have a job here?

NARRATOR: Krysia gave that a thought. Being offered a job at a place where she feels at home would be super awesome! Plus, she'd also be able to spend more time with her friends and helping others.

KRYSIA: (smiled and nodded back) Yes please! I would be honored to work here!

CAPTAIN BEAKMAN: Great! We'll get your office set up soon. (heads toward the door, then she stops in her tracks and turns around) Oh! I was thinking you could be a therapist and a doctor for your job. Is that fine?

KRYSIA: (happily and saluted) Yes ma'am, Captain Beakman, ma'am!

NARRATOR: Everyone laughed. Happy to have Krysia back to her happy and humorous self.
