Room mate [ Slow Update]

I sank on the sofa as I heaved a sigh of relief , I had missed breakfast and lunch .

I felt really hungry and tired . A sweet scent of pasta waft through the air .

I heard someone cooking, my stomach growled I guessed it's my room mate , I had worked till the late hour and there wasn't any restaurant open .

I haven't felt this weak before ,my stomach hurted as it growled I really need to eat something. I started off to the kitchen,walking slowly until I got to the kitchen only to see him wearing only pajamas pant and his upper body were bare I didn't care if he was going to go naked what I wanted was food .
It won't hurt to eat once a while with your enemy

I cleared my throat ,so I could get his attention but he ignored me .

" What do you want?" I could hear the slight annoyance in his voice

" I ...um ..." Before I could start my stomach growled ,her cheeks turned beet red in embarrassment

" Never mind " I walked to the fridge intending to open it to check if I could cook up something quickly but he beat her to it as he stopped her

" What do I get in return for cooking for you ?" He looked down on her ,it was the first time they stood close or realized he was way taller than her

" What do you want? " In staired at him ,. I was tired right now .I needed was food and the scent of the food made everything all worst

" How about obeying my rules
Since this is my house " I frowned , I knew they both hated each other , not to think I had over heard him calling me rascal and now he wanted to make me obey his rules

" And what are this rules ?" She staired at him her hand held her hips as she staired

" No sneaking out early in the morning.... coming early to work ..... If you have a problem you share it.....lastly as well as coming back early at night "

I couldn't believe her ears , how is it his business how I lived my life .do he think because they were sharing an apartment he could boss her around ? I grit my teeth

" Fine ...." I avoided his gaze as he walked back to what he's doing . As she walked out to the kitchen making her way to her room to get rid of the clothes that felt uncomfortable.

She closed the door and dumped her bag on the bed and walked into the wash room to run her self a bath .
She had gone through a lot today ,she had bluntly ignored kains call .

She wasn't in the mood to talk to him .
She removed her clothes and sank inside the tub letting her self soak into the warm water .

It wasn't long she walked out only tying a robe , it was black and long as she wore a white socks , some wet strands of hair were stuck to her face as she walked out .

She helped him set the table as he glanced at her with a raised brow

" What ?" She staired at him wondering why the odd look

" try wearing something that covers you more bella " she staired confusedly at him and her gaze fell on her chest and she quickly covered it .
She had forgotten to tie her robe tight

She sat down as she inhaled the sweet delicious scent ,her mouth watered and I looked up at him ,he was scrolling through his phone .
" Thank you "

It wasn't too long she was done with dinner , she laid on the sofa holding a novel ,she was wearing her reading glasses when she found him walking to the door , she wondered where he was going in the middle of the night it wasn't her business any way .

            She turned off the light when he left and closed the book and walked into her room to sleep.
