The next day, Taehyung woke up on Jin's couch feeling extremely warm. He opened his eyes and saw Jungkook laying next to him with his head on Taehyung's chest and his arms wrapped around his torso. Taehyung had his arms wrapped around Jungkook's shoulders, and he had no idea how he even got here. He didn't remember much of last night other than over hearing Jungkook and Namjoon's conversation about dolphins and asking Jungkook if he wanted a drink. After that everything was a blur. He quietly and carefully unraveled himself from Jungkook's grasp, and got off of the couch successfully not waking the younger up. What the fuck happened last night? He asked this to himself but couldn't even think of how him and Jungkook wound up like that. He grabbed his things, put his shoes on, and made his way out of Jin's apartment. Once outside, he began to walk towards the best place to get pastries also known as a hangover cure: His job. He decided that instead of completely dipping on his friends and Jungkook, he'd buy everyone all the things he loved.
Once he reached the shop, he walked in and saw his boss. "Taehyung, you look like you died and came back to life. What are you doing here on your day off?" She asked this, and Taehyung smiled at her. "Oh I think you know. It's eight in the morning, and I have a hangover. I'm sure you can piece it together." He said with a chuckle. She looked at him and rolled her eyes. "Of course. You want your usual?" She asked, and he smirked. "Yes please, but multiply it by six this time." She squinted at him suspiciously. "I thought you only had five friends? Why 6 this time?" She asked and Taehyung awkwardly scratched the back of his neck. "Well Jeon was also there, so I thought I'd be nice and get him something too." This time his boss smirked at him. "I thought the two of you hated each other. That's a weird turn around." She said as she started a fresh pot of coffee to go with Taehyung's order.
"Yeah something like that. I've actually always had a crush on him. Just don't tell him that." He said while looking at his shoes. He had never admitted that out loud, and the fact that the first person he told was his boss, made him feel a little stupid. "I fucking knew it. You seemed to happy about annoying him all the time. He's kind of a dick in my opinion. Not to me of course, or he'd be fired, but to everyone else yeah." She smiled while putting enough sugar to kill a horse into seven cups. "Yeahhhh, I definitely do get a little too happy about that sometimes. He's hot when he gets mad, so I can't help it. I thought he was gonna kill me in the freezer the other night." His boss looked up at him and laughed. It had been a long time since he had come in to talk to he, and he realized that he missed it. She was basically his mom at this point especially since she knew everything that happened with his ex boyfriend. "Well, I hope you and Jungkook can fix whatever weird shit happened between the two of you. By the way, you guys would make a cute couple, but here's your order. Go annoy the shit out of your friends, and I'll see you for your early morning shift tomorrow." She smirked at him and he rolled his eyes because he hated the morning shift, but had to work it since Eileen could only work Sunday afternoons. "Byeeeee, I'll see you tomorrow." He waved at his boss, and made his way back to Jin's apartment.

Once he got back to Jin's apartment, he made a bee line for the kitchen with a grin on his face. He knew he was about to be murdered by Jin, but he figured this would be a fun way to go out. He grabbed a cooking spoon and a metal pot and started banging them together. "WAKE UP FUCKERS IT'S TIME FOR BREAKFAST!" He did this a few more times before he heard stomps coming from the stairs. "KIM TAEHYUNG YOU BETTER NOT BE WAKING ME UP THIS FUCKING EARLY JUST TO NOT GIVE ME FOOD. I'M HUNGOVER AND YOUR BITCH ASS HAS TO BE LIKE THIS IN MY HOUSE. I-" As soon as Jin entered the kitchen, he immediately shut up after seeing coffee's and pastries sitting on the counter. Taehyung smiled and looked at Jin with guilty puppy-dog eyes. "I forgive you Taehyung, but only because you had a piece offering." Jin said this as he grabbed a small plate, a pastry, and a coffee and sat at the kitchen table. One by one, everyone started showing themselves into the kitchen. First was Yoongi, then Jimin, then Namjoon, and then Hoseok. There was only one person who hadn't shown. Jungkook. Jin went out into the livingroom, and Jungkook wasn't there. There was a lone coffee and pastry left behind, yet something in Taehyung felt lonely too. He just couldn't pin what it was.
