Mountain slowly wakes up and notices lunar isn't next to him anymore *where'd she go?* he thinks to himself. He gets up and goes into his bathroom. "Luna, are you in here?" He asks, looking. She's not in there. He walks out and decides to ask the ghouls if they've seen her.

Mountain walks out his room, making his way to the common room where most of the ghouls were already. "Hey, have any if you guys seen lunar?" He asks, looking around, confused." I haven't seen her since last night, " Phantom replies "yeah the last time I saw her was last night too, " Cirrus says. Mountain starts to get slightly worried, looking around more urgently.

"Haven't seen her all day, I'm starting to get worried," Mountain says. And the others get up and start looking too

It's now the afternoon around dinner time and the ghouls still haven't found luna. They've looked all around the ministry, outside, in the garden, anywhere lunar could have been. Mountain was curled up in his room crying and panicking *we just started dating, and she's gone. Is it my fault, did she not actually like me and just lied to make me feel better, then run away.* "fuck" mountain cried balling his hands into a fist hitting his bed. Suddenly there was a knock at the door "mountain?" Swiss called out, mountain sniffled and wiped his tears, getting up from his bed and opening the door. "What do you need swiss?" "I just wanted to check on you, I know you really likes her. I promise we will find her, " swiss said as he leaned against the door frame. Mountain just nodded not trusting his voice enough to speak without cracking, and closed his door in swiss' face.

Swiss' pov

I stumbled back slightly as mountain closed the door in my face, and I made my way back to the common room where the rest of my pack was, well besides lunar and mountain. "He's not doing that good," I say, taking a seat next to rain on the couch. "Yeah, he really likes her, we need to find her" Cirrus stated. "Yeah, and I need my best friend back," Phantom said. "We all want her back," I said. As I look over next to me, I noticed rains breathing, starting to quicken and tears welding in his eyes. I quickly scooted closer to him and withered in his ear. "Are you okay rainy?" While rubbing his back. Rain just nodded softly and got up, walking to his room, I immediately knew something was wrong, so I got up and followed him. I walked up to his door and hesitated for a moment looking at the blue name plate that said 'RAIN'. I knocked on his door and waited, I heard small sobs and sniffles behind the door before rain opened it. His face was streaked with tears and his eyes wear red and puffy, "oh rainy" I cooe and gently cup hus face in both my hand, using my thumbs to gently wipe the tears off his face. "Can I come in raincloud?" I asked, rain didn't respond and just stepped to the side giving me space to walk in. I walked in and sat on his bed, patting my lap. Rain walked over quickly crawling in my lap, hiding his face in the crook of my neck, sniffling. I hugged him and rubbed his back gently "its okay raindrop, we're gonna find her, everything is gonna be okay" I whispered in his ear softly "I promise everything is gonna be okay". Rain slowly pulled his face put of the crook of my neck "w-what if we don't find her swiss?" His voiced cracked, it broke my heart to see him like this "were gonna find her rainy" rain just nodded "I hope we do" he whispered. I gently pressed our forheads together "were gonna find her" I started, he siffled and went back to clinging onto my.

We stayed like that for awhile, but soon I heard rain softly snoring and purring, and I quickly realized he was asleep. I lifted him off my lap and laid him on his bed covering Jim with blankets. As I turned around to leave I heard rain from behind me "please don't leave swiss" he wined, "I want you to stay". I smiled to myself and turned around crawling into bed next to him and pulling his body against mine, his back against my chest. "Goodnight, rainy" I whispered into his ear and kissed the back of his ram-like horns. Rain quickly drifted to sleep, purring softly. "I love you, rainy" was the last thing I said before drifting to sleep
