Personality: Rica is a very tough girl who isn't afraid to fight back against an attacker or against someone who simply pîssed her off. She's ultra stubborn and refuses to give up, even when she knows she doesn't have a chance of winning. She doesn't have many friends and she wants to keep it that way, she doesn't want people dragging her down, but if she's with someone for long enough, she'll slowly open up and be a kinder to them rather than being her usually cold and aggressive self.
Powers: Water powers and electricity powers ( potential deadly combo )
Weapon: Silver sword that she can charge with electricity
Backstory: She grew up in a small town until the age of ten when she moved to the city with her mother and two older brothers. She exceeded in school in both the city and the small town.
