Halloween is one of Kuzuha's favorite day. Aside from being able to wander around freely at night with his vampire form, he always gets the best treats for the year. During Halloween, it has been a given that Kuzuha's best friend, Kanae, lets Kuzuha drink blood from him without limit. Kanae was the one who offered Kuzuha to never drink other human blood except his after discovering the fact that when a vampire sucks blood, the owner of the giver feels pleasure as compensation from the vampire. The feeling is ecstatic and sometimes when vampires don't have existing lovers or sex partners, they'll end up doing it with their prey. Just imagining the scenario of Kuzuha embracing someone else makes Kanae angry.

Wandering around in the city, feeling expectant and excited, Kuzuha went to the church where his priest best friend resides. It's almost midnight for Halloween to greet them so Kuzuha made sure he'll make it on time to get his treat.

The place was quiet and no signs of life could be seen at the moment.

"Kanae?" Kuzuha called out but he only heard his voice echoing through the wide hall. Where could Kanae be?

To be honest, he's getting a bit thirsty because Kanae did not feed him for the entire day so Kuzuha is acting a bit desperate than usual. Kuzuha made a promise that he'll never drink anyone's blood except Kanae's.

The poor and hungry vampire sat on the three step stairs towards the altar and sighed. He rested his chin on his palm and let his elbows rest on his knees. He waited there like a lonely puppy hoping for his owner to come home soon.

Dozing off from hunger, Kuzuha couldn't tell what's reality and not when he felt those familiar gentle arms hugging him from behind. He felt Kanae's entire body spooning him while they're sitting. There was a tiny tint of light pink painting on Kuzuha's cheeks as he said, "Tadaima" (I'm home)

A familiar soft chuckle resonated on the back of Kuzuha's ear, "Okaeri, Sasha~" (Welcome home, Sasha)

["Sasha" is Kuzuha's nickname given by his vampire family, the Lagusa Family]

Kuzuha couldn't help biting his bottom lip and was too shy to even face Kanae.

Kanae noticed the unusual behavior but pretended not to show interest. He rested his chin on Kuzuha's shoulder and gambled to make a move on his best friend. He loved Kuzuha for a long time. It was not simple love and affection. It was beyond than that. Kanae could admit that he's obsessed with this coy vampire right here. He bravely planted a soft kiss on Kuzuha's neck -earning a soft flinch. Assuring that Kuzuha never hated the attack, Kanae started licking that pale skin wetly and sucked on it. Kuzuha knew his heart stopped beating long time ago but he feels alive whenever he's with Kanae. His body reacts to anything that Kanae does to him.

Kuzuha's mind is wandering. The sloppy and wet sucking sounds on his neck that Kanae is making won't stop echoing through the entire place, "K-Kanae-"

"Were you lonely without me?" Kanae teased.

"As if"

Kanae chuckled, "Look this way, Kuu-chan"

Being the stubborn vampire that he is, Kuzuha refused to look at Kanae. Kanae sighed in dismay and grabbed Kuzuha's hair, tugging it harshly which made Kuzuha gasp and letting out a "guh!" sound.

Kanae grabbed Kuzuha's back of the head harder and glared down unto the vampire's eyes, "You stubborn guy. You're doing it on purpose, are you?"

Guilty, Kuzuha heaved and exposed his steaming mouth. His fangs secreting saliva which looked venomous, "Feed me now"

Kanae giggled, "Say it cutely then"

Kuzuha frowned, "You and your stupid kinks. I don't wanna play along"
