Chapter 4

Y/n woke up in his apartment to a message from Maine.

Maine " Hey kid we need you. "

Y/n " For what? "

Maine " Just get here. "

Y/n then stops texting Maine and gets up then gets dressed, he walks out his apartment to see V and Jackie talking.

Y/n " Sup guys. "

Jackie " Hello choom we heard that you joined the edgerunners that true? "

Y/n " Yeah I did anyway Maine wants me for some reason so see both of you later. "

V " Bye Y/n. "

Jackie " See ya choom. "

Y/n then walked to the elevator and took it down to the parking lot for the people that lived in the apartment, Y/n walked to his car and drove out the parking lot then started to head towards Maine's location when Y/n got there he saw a three story building with the edgerunners waiting across the street from it. Y/n parked his car near the edgerunners and then got out his car, locked it then walked up to them.

Y/n " What in the name of fuck do you want? "

Maine " Calm down I'm sorry for waking you up ya big baby. "

Kiwi " There is something in there we need you to get a briefcase. "

Y/n " [ looks at the building ] Any guards? "

Maine " How the fuck should we know? "

Y/n " Hack the cameras or some shit I don't know I'm not a netrunner. "

The edgerunners just stared at Y/n and he just threw his hands in the air.

Y/n " Alright just give me a minute. "

Y/n walked to the door of the building and knocked on the front door after a couple seconds a guy in a suit opened the door.

??? " What the fuck you want gonk? "

Y/n just took out his sword and impaled him through the chest killing him, Y/n walked into the building and ripped his sword out of the guy. The door closed and the edgerunners heard multiple gunshots, people screaming they even saw Y/n get smashed into a window but he quickly recovered and continued killing people. After another couple seconds they saw Y/n get thrown out a window holding a briefcase, he hit a bin on his way down and then the ground Y/n then stood up and walked over to the edgerunners and handed the briefcase to Maine.

Y/n " Is it this one? "

Maine " [ looks at the briefcase ] No its not. "

Y/n " [ deep sigh ] Give me a couple seconds. "

Y/n then double jumped back through the window he was thrown out off an picked another briefcase he then held it out the window.

Y/n " THIS ONE?! "

Maine " YEAH! "

Y/n then jumped out the window and landed on his feet he walked to Maine and handed over the briefcase, Y/n then got into his car and was about to drive away but was stopped when Rebecca, Lucy and Kiwi tried to get in the car.

Y/n " It's a two seater and I ain't getting out. "

Then Kiwi sat down in the passenger seat Lucy then sat on top of her and then finally Rebecca sat on top of Lucy, Y/n was extremely confused at why they were going to this length just to get into his car.

Y/n " ... Ok then do you even know where I'm going? "

They didn't answer so Y/n just drove off and while he was his favourite song came on again :
