Perspective. It is everything. How you use it may affect you. Take a small leaf. Hold it to your face. It seems huge. Place it on the ground and look from above. It is smaller. Take a small affliction. Blow it all out of proportion. It is overwhelmingly large, life-consuming perhaps. Think again. It becomes an infinitesimal speck in the vast sea of various problems, only to be lost in oblivion.
