(i dont feel like editing this, the writing probably gets better)

Sounds of an alarm blaring could be heard almost as if they'd echo off the wall, yet still unheard, just drowning out even more noise aside from it's own.
With a slight groan and a bit of shuffling, Michael would push his hair out of his face, then to slam his fist overtop of the alarm clock, forcing the thing to stop, and just then he'd hear the loud voice of his father calling his name.

"MICHAEL, COME DOWN HERE."

William's voice travelled, and far. Michael quickly jumped out of bed, leaving his room and practically booking it to the kitchen, then met by the rest of his family already sitting there.

"Grab some breakfast and sit down. I've been calling you for ten minutes, you know?" William's voice was stern, yet just reminding.

Michael gave a slight nod to show he hadn't just ignored his father's words, then walked past and sat himself down at the table, across from his two siblings. In a moment of silence, all you could hear was the chewing of cereal and bacon, the rustling of news paper, and the click of spoons against cereal bowls. In a sudden change, a loud chime heard as a spoon smacked against the edge of a bowl as bare hands slammed onto the table. Bright orange hair swaying in time while Elizabeth took a deep breath, immediately calling out proudly.

"Well I was up on time!"

Her light green eyes darted around to those around her as she looked for approval around, but was met to nothing, besides a small acknowledgement.

"Yeah,, sure you were." William spoke unfocused, in a completely unbothered manner.

Elizabeth began to frown, looking around once more, only met by the snickers of Michael, who's grin was as wide as ever, causing Elizabeth to even more upset.

"Don't laugh!" Elizabeth shouted, slamming her hands back down on the table, pitching her voice up in attempts to get her way, which also didn't work, as Michael began to laugh completely out loud, cut off by William clearing his throat, ready to take main focus.

"Everyone go get ready, we're gonna go to the diner to look for tomorrow."

Evan's face now lighting up, it was HIS birthday soon, a day all about him, where he'd hopefully be exempt of his brother's tormenting.
In an immediate vibe-killing note, Michael groaned, absolutely displeased to have to do anything for his brother's birthday. Immediately after, Elizabeth stood up, exclaiming that she were ready, posing almost proudly.

"Look how ready I am!" Elizabeth spoke loudly, trying to show herself in a good light, especially after such an awkward show-off earlier. Michael would step away, slipping back into his room to ready for leaving.
