6 Years.....

6 Years ago humanity was changed forever. 6 years is when they first arrived to earth the Furs. At first humanity was excited knowing that we were not alone in the universe. The governments of earth sent several peace messages but received no reply. That all changed when the mothership fired a massive ray of energy annihilating several countries.

In the first weeks of the war the Furs took out Russia, North Korea, London and part of the United states leaving nothing but smoldering ruins and ash. Soon after the attack hundreds of shuttles and pods landed all around earth releasing ground forces onto the civilian populations. It didn't take long before the remaining governments pulled together and started a counter attack.

My Name is Max Hunter I was 18 when the war started I was just a normal kid living in my home state of South Dakota. I decided to join the marines and help fight back against the furs. The war went on for three long years and over 5 billion humans were killed during this time most were just civilians just trying to get to safety. After three long years of war the truth was finally revealed the then current leader of the furs had lied to his people about humanity. After it was revealed he and his supporters ranging to a couple thousand troops and they were banished back into space. What came next was three long years of rebuilding the furs took over the areas affected in the attacks recolonizing these areas while also helping humanity get back on its feet.

The shared their space traveling technology along with several advancements in medicine and science.

3 Year flashback
Max POV

Me and my team are riding in a stealth chopper heading towards our mission. We were sent to rescue several Furry defectors from a prison set up in the wilderness of eastern ukraine. Even though their are enemies they have the courage to stand up for us so we have to help them. I look over to the five other members of my team. Theirs Psycho he's are demolition expert, Snipe he's are resident sniper, Lance our rifleman, jet are second rifleman, Connors our team Medic and finally me Reaper.

Reaper: Pilot what's the ETA?

Pilot: Ten minutes

I nod and sit down and get on comms.

Reaper: General Shepherd we're 10 minutes out over?

G.Shepherd: Good your mission is to rescue two Furs that are believed to be deserters,they are being held in that prison.

Reaper: Understood General Reaper signing off.

I cut the call and sit back down in my seat after what seems like hours a light turns on and we all stand up and hook up.

Reaper: Ok guys our mission is to get in and rescue the hostages we move in quick and fast got it?

Group: Yes sir!!!

I open the door and repel out one by one the six of us make it down. We all crouch down scanning the woods with our weapons raised as the ropes disconnect from the helicopter and fall to the ground. The helicopter soon takes off to circle until needed.

We all stand up and slowly make our way towards the prison. Soon we make it to a hill overlooking the prison. We all crouch down as I take out my binoculars. The prison is a square shaped building with a wall and four towers surrounding the outside walls. I see several Anthros walking along the top of the wall.

Reaper: Snipe?

Snipe: Yes sir?

Reaper: I want you to hold this position and cover us
