Ajay was holding Lakshmi's hands, his shirt soaked in blood at the hospital.

"Lakshmi, I can't take care of you. Please go away from me. Without you, I don't know how I'm going to survive. Let me close my eyes for a minute. When I open them, please go away," he said, his voice filled with pain.

He closed his eyes tightly, feeling the hurt of losing her. When he opened his eyes, she was gone. Suddenly, he felt her lips on his, soft and tender. Tears flowed down his cheeks as her hands cupped his face. She kissed him again, and he was shocked, unable to blink.

Abruptly, he woke up.

"What? Did you just dream that? Do you know what time it is? Today is our department symposium. Every girl will come looking like an angel. Let's at least take a bath today!"

From the bathroom, his roommate called, "Chum, I accidentally dropped the soap in the toilet!"

"Hey, I didn't bathe for two days. I planned to take a shower today, but you!" his other roommate shouted.

"Wait, don't be mad! I stole some perfume from the girl's hostel," the first roommate replied.

"How did you even get in there?" asked the second.

"I went to see my girlfriend," he said proudly.

"What a shame! You pickpocketed your girlfriend's perfume?" they both laughed. Suddenly, they noticed Ajay's expression.

"Why is he like this? Are you okay?" asked one roommate.

"In my dream... she..." Ajay trailed off.Both roommates leaned in, curious. "She... what? Say it!"

"She kissed me," Ajay said softly.

Both roommates sighed. "That's it? I already had my first night with Trisha.""Does Leo know about it?" Ajay asked.

At that moment, their friend walked in. "Stop your chatting. Time's up!"

The three of them replied, "We are coming!"---

Ajay was searching for Lakshmi when someone rushed in. "Hey, Ajay, someone is fighting with Lakshmi!"

"What?!" he exclaimed, running towards the VLSI lab, his shirt sleeves rolled up in anger.

He burst through the door to find Lakshmi closing her eyes, bracing for a slap from a guy who had raised his hand. Ajay clenched his teeth and stepped forward, but the guy grabbed her hands instead. Ajay froze, and Lakshmi opened her eyes.

She rolled her eyes, trying to breathe.

The guy held her other hand too and leaned towards her. "Why can't you be my girlfriend?" he smiled. "Take your time. No problem."

Everyone around them cheered and encouraged Lakshmi to accept him. She pulled her hands back, trying to escape, but then she saw Ajay. He looked away and walked out.

As Ajay left, he overheard the girls whispering.

"Ram and Lakshmi were made for each other. I hope they'll be lovers soon."Lakshmi sighed, pressed her face into her hands, and ran away.---

What really happened between Ram and Lakshmi?

Lakshmi had slapped Ram by accident when he touched her hips.
