"Lace wake up. Come on, you got to get dressed. We have a field trip today." Jasper said trying to get me up. "If I get up will you shut up?" I said waking up. "Yes," "fine I'm awake." I jumped in the shower and got dressed. Esme made breakfast for me. Biscuits and gravy. BACON!!!!! I heard Edward laugh a little. Why does it feel like he can read my mind? Damn that's what I forgot. I'm gonna find out today, why they have cold skin and why are all their eyes gold if there not related? We quickly left to school. I rode with Jasper, Alice, and Jackson.

We got to school and parked in the usual spots. Once I got out, I spotted Bella walking towards me with her friends following. "Damn!" I whispered under my breath. Jasper held my hand as she approached. "Look, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get mad at you. I really don't like them, that's why I blew up when he kissed you. I'm sorry." She said trying to convince me to go home. "Bella I don't care. I'm not coming home. You are just mad that Edward don't want to date you yet. You can't blame Edwards whole family for what Edward did. I don't want to do this right now." Me and Jasper's siblings walked away from Bella. "I just want this day to be over with and it hasn't even started. Ugh!" "I'm sorry darlin' at least we only have to worry about a field trip." I feel so much calmer now. I swear Jasper's the one doing it, but how he's human right?

We were getting ready to board the buses. Me and Jasper walked with Alice and Jackson over to the buses. Edward stayed behind to talk to Bella. I glanced behind to notice Edward had this weird look on his face as in trying to read her mind, but failing at it. We boarded the bus. I sat with Jasper and Jackson sat in the other seat with Alice, across the isle. We joked around with each other. Jackson's pretty good once you get to know him. We got off the bus with the biology teacher and walked in this green house. Me and Jasper just talked about life, you know, normal things people talk about. I glanced back again and saw Edward talking to Bella. I swear he better apologize or my foots going to go up his ass. His dad's gonna have to do surgery on his ass just to get my foot out of it. It doesn't look like he is apologizing, it looks like he's making it worse that bitch. I go to walk back to him, but I was picked up by Jasper and carried out of the green house. "What was that for?" "I need to tell you something after school with the family." "That still doesn't explain why you didn't let me shove my foot up his ass." "It will, just wait." "Fine." I said in defeat. We walk to the bus to get on and there was Edward. Damn it he made it worse. "You are so lucky I like you and what you have to tell me after school better be important for you to stop me from putting my foot up his ass." "It is."

My mom called asking why I wasn't home and where was I. I told her about the fight and she agreed with me that they shouldn't have made a big deal over me and Jasper kissing. I also told her that I'm staying at Jasper's cause his family is letting me. She was ok about it, but she didn't want us doing anything. "Mom is it bad that I feel like Esme and Carlisle are another set of parents to me. Esme is like another mother to me. Carlisle is like another father to me." "No sweetie. It's a good thing. It seems like they accept you into their family. Their going to protect you and keep you safe. It's a good thing. I'm glad you found a guy who isn't going to treat you like the last two." "Thanks and I know. Mom I'm scared." "Why?" "What if jaspers like Paul and James. What if he just wants me for sex like those two. What if after he gets what he wants he just leaves me." "Listen lace. It sounds like he is nothing like Paul and James. He loves you. He is not going to take advantage of you. Listen not every guy is like those two. Give him a chance." "Mom your right." When I got off the phone everyone was in the room. They must've heard my conversation. "Hey," I answered nervously. Jasper came to sit next to me on the love seat. "Darlin' who's Paul and James?" "Paul is my ex-ex-boyfriend James is my ex-boyfriend." "What happened between you and them?" "Well, with paul we were fine for a year til something happened with him and then he tried getting me to have sex with him. I told him I wasn't ready. He finally stopped asking me after 3 weeks of asking." I felt a tear rundown my face as I continued to explain. Jasper held me in his arms by now. "I walked to the store, at night, to grabbed something that my mom needed the next morning. I walked down an alley and I was attacked. Paul and his friends started ripping my clothes off. They took turns raping me. The police came with my mom. They took off, but they were caught and went to jail for 5 months. I was scared for life that was 2 years ago. Now I just have this thought all guys are going to do is hurt me like that. James did almost the same, but he beat me almost to death. I was glad when my friends glanced down the alley and saw me. They called the ambulance. They through him in jail for 5 months. That was 5 months ago." "Darlin' I would never do that. I'm nothing like those idiots. They're stupid for not realizing how amazing you are. If they ever decide to hurt you again, I won't let that happen. I mean me and my family will protect you forever or as long as you want me to." Jasper said kissing me.

"Now remember how I said that I needed to tell you something after school. Well first off do you believe in vampires and werewolfs?" "Yeah why does that have to do with anything?" "I'm a vampire. Me and my family are actually." "Really?" "Yeah??" "That's so cool!" "Really. Your not scared that I drink blood." "No cause you obviously don't drink human blood cause your eyes are gold and so that explains why I......" "Your smart and what do you mean by that explains why?" "Edward can read minds and you can manipulate/feel emotions around you. Do all vampires have powers?" "No, only some do. Alice can see the future, Edward can read minds, and I can feel and manipulate emotions." They explained all the things about vampires and werewolfs. "Ok well, I'm gonna go to bed and sleep. Night." "I'll walk you up there." "Thanks." We got to his room and he kissed me goodnight. "Wait you don't sleep. Why do you have a bed in your room and why am I sleeping in your room? Not that I'm complaining." "Cause I put it in there when I found out you were going to stay the night. Alice saw that you were going to get in a fight and stay a while, and I would know your safe if your in my arms, so I figured my room would be best." "Ok sounds right." "Go to sleep now Darlin' see you in the mornin'. I love you." "Awe I love you too and night." I got changed and slipped into bed. I fell asleep having a nightmare.
