"What you said you wanted ?" Tineke welcomed Pilar into her office space. Pilar sat on the table and pulled out her inspo sketches. Tineke picked them up and redirected a few on her stencil paper.

"Which one of these you want ?" Pilar picked the one on the larger side and Tineke cut it out the larger piece of paper filled with a few tattoo sketches.

Tineke took little time to prep Pilar's skin since she wasn't on the hairy side of life.

"So...." Pilar groaned and opened her eyes to see Tineke closely focused on her tattoo. Pilar decided to close her eyes again to act like she was sleep to avoid Tineke asking her to go out.

Tineke also started her sentences with a dragged out so when she was about to ask Pilar to go out.

"I know you ain't sleep stupid." Pilar licked over her lips and opened her eyes to make eye contact with Tineke who was already staring at her — stopping the tattooing process.

"What ?" Pilar's voice was harsh to the public ears but sounded kind to Tineke's. She smiled wider and sat up straighter in her chair.

"Wanted to know if you could be my lil Shi's cousin 'date' so she won't feel alone." Tineke dropped it all on Pilar making her shake her head immediately.

Pilar was used to Tineke trying to involve her in a two man. At first she was ok with it until the girl started lashing on Pilar because she wasn't acting like her girlfriend.

The whole situation confused Pilar because she had met the girl 30 minutes prior to their 'date'. Pilar didn't even do nothing out hold the door open for another elderly woman that was walking in behind them before she was called ever name in the book.

Tineke and the girl ended up fighting in the handicap stall of the restaurant and Tineke rubbed the girl's her face up the bare toilet seat.

Ever since then Pilar hasn't agreed to another one, both wanting to put herself or Tineke in another situation as such.

"I promise it won't be like the last one you agreed to. She says her cousin is not like that in no way shape or form." Pilar gave her sandbox twin a blank look.

"Who wouldn't lie for their family and some pussy ?" Piper tilted her head and Tineke rolled her eyes. Pilar sighed deeply.

"Please finish my tattoo, so I can go home." She asked leaning back against the wall with her arm back on the table. Tineke silently mocked her — going back to work on the tattoo.

"Youn be understanding the type of love I be having for you and that shit be blowing me." Pilar mumbled standing at the entrance of Stars and Stripes with Tineke beside her, clutching her bowling bag on her shoulder. Tineke's smile was wide.

She didn't like hearing the disappointment in her friend's voice when she mentioned cancelling her date so she decided to go along.

If this one went wrong like the last one little did Neke know, Pilar wasn't going on another one again. She was going to stand on her word the second time around.
