He was the second son and third child of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, Duke of Norfolk Territory and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart,
and he was named in honor of his late great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard, and his birth created quite a stir between father and grandfather, and his grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR demanded to know why his second grandson wasn't named for his father, Lord Frederick William Howard.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his meddling father, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR "Aren't you ever satisfied with anything father. First you raise a cane about us naming our first son after you and me and now you raise a cane about us naming our second son after my great-grandfather." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR declares.
"What in the galaxy did my grandfather ever do for This Dukedom and Territory, but caused trouble between some of the aristocracy." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his father.
"Lord Frederick William Howard causes a war between The Cliffords and The Howards." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR explains.
"I have named my son in honor of my late great-grandfather." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his father.
"Don't you have a Dukedom and Territory to govern rather than interfere in the lives of your children." Lord Charles Andrew JR asks his father.
"I married the woman you wanted me to marry and we have given you three grandchildren. " Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his father.
Well, not more than six months later, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR becomes Duke of Norfolk Territory and in between the years of 2245 and 2250, he has two more children, a daughter, Lady Charlotte Augusta Howard, and a son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard in 2250.
Lord Patrick William Howard The Second is married in 2258, at the age of 18 years old to the oldest daughter of Lord David Frederick Stafford, Duke of Buckingham Territory on Star Base 10, and his son, Lord David Frederick Stafford is betrothed to his younger sister, Lady Charlotte Augusta Howard in 2258.
Lord Patrick William Howard The second and Lady Paulina Charlene Stafford are married in June of 2258 and every year goes by and still neither Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Third and Lady Victoria Charlotte Stanhope nor Lord Patrick William Howard and Lady Paulina Charlene Stafford have any children by the year of 2270.
Lord Chalres Andrew Howard The Third is 40 years old, and Lord Patrick William Howard The Second is 30 years old, and Lord Andrew Charles Howard is the leader of the pack for all his cousins born in the year of 2250, when the first Baby boom for The Howard family occurs.
All of them refuse to marry into the aristocracy and Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR is desperate for an heir or heiress to secure the Dukedom and Territory that his great-grandfather started in 2165.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR has altered the Act of Succession and his first male line grandson from his oldest son will inherit the Dukedom and Territory when he gives his grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, his first male line grandchild and Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR doesn't care what his first male line great-grandchild is and the child will be become the next Duke or first Duchess of Norfolk Territory.
Lord Patrick William Howard The Second refused to divorce Lady Paulina and he remains faithful to her and it paid off in June of 2276, when Lady Paulina Charlene gave birth to the first of their two children, Lady Autumn Bridget on June 25, 2276 and with the birth of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, second male line great-granddaughter, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, now Duke of Norfolk Territory creates his older brother, Lord Patrick William Howard The Second, The Duke of Cambridge Territory in the name of their great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard.
