Chapter 7

It's been a long time, don't you think???

Author's POV

Lisa stayed sitting on the sand with her stick beside her. She's staring from afar and she can see nothing but darkness. Although everything is in pitch of black, Lisa's mind is full of thoughts that kept her occupied.

She's been thinking of this certain person that has been bothering her mind for as long as she met her. She knew it's something because she can't clearly remember when was the last time she did think of some other girl but Jennie.

This certain person in Lisa's minds created a large mess on the Thai's thoughts.

Lisa is now accepting that Jennie and Her story is finally over. She is starting to accept that everything between Jennie and her has finally rnded and that is because this girl -Jane. She appeared in her life and gave her a new feeling.

But still, she's unsure for she doesn't even know Jane's background. She's still contemplating whether to entertain her weird thoughts and what ifs or stop it because it will surely just cause her another heartbreak.

"Enjoying your 'me time' huh, Manoban?" Lisa's though vanished instantly when a voice was heard behind her. She was frozen in her place and her heart started to beat as loud as the drums of liberation when her real surname was once again stated.

And what makes her sweat is that she knew in her heart and mind that the voice she heard just now came from the person she will forever treasure... Jennie.

"W-Who are y-you?" Lisa might have an answer in her mind but she still asked the girl behind her.

"You guess, Manoban" ask by the lady...

Lisa gulped hard before she opened her mouth and utter her answer..

"J-Jennie...?" Lisa states stuttering.

"Psh! Jennie who?! C'mon it's me, Jane" Lisa sighed in relief as she confirmed that it's not Jennie who's standing behind her but the girl who kept bugging her thoughts...

Jane Kim.

Lisa felt some motion and she's certain that Jane sat beside her.

There was a minute of silence occured around them as no one dared to speak. They both just stayed still, listened to the wave and enjoyed the wind that was hitting they're face.

The sun is setting and Lisa can tell without even seeing it. While Jennie admire how beautiful the sun is and sometimes she imagines how beautiful the sun set will be if watches it from a ferris wheel with her children and of course with her...... Husband.

'Why do I feel like I've already done it'
Jennie said to herself while massaging the sides of her head. It's starting to ache for she skipped another time of her medicines... And when Jennie was about to stand up to do what was needed-of course drinking her meds- Lisa spoke that make Jennie stay still.

Well, it's the first time Lisa initiated a talk between Jennie and her. It's not like they've met many times but you know what I meant..

"How do you know that.. I am.. Manoban?" Lisa asked slowly.. she's thinking that maybe this Jane is someone she knew or someone from college that knew her. She knew that Jane knows Lisa as the rude L

"Well you're wearing a jersey. It says Manoban with a number 27. It also has a bear drawing and..." Lisa felt Jane stop, she's thinking that Jane is probably looking at the front of her shirt "The front says Kugimiya Bears" the korean finished her words.
