America's pov(still):

I watch as countries start to come into the meeting room one by one and taking their representative seats at the large table.However,as I glance around at the countries once all of them seemed to be here,I noticed alot of countries that didn't show up.

"Where's countries like,Germany,Soviet and Russia?"I ask UN who was right beside me standing in front of a pedestal.

"I don't know,but it's worrying,"I nod slightly turning back to the other countries.

"Why are we here America,"China asks me,tapping his finger against the table.

"You'll see soon enough."I say to him,seeing him roll his eyes while glancing somewhere else.

Another thing that caught my eye was my father,Britain,he looked worried and a little anxious.I wonder why,I'll ask him after this meeting is done with.

"As you all probably don't know,"UN begins with,catching the attention of most of the countries."Something has caught the attention of both me and America."I had notice a few countries then laid their eyes on me before back to UN.

"This morning,two people had come here and wanted to speak to us,and who they were we did not expect."UN pauses, signalling for J.E and KOI to come in but they were in their human forms.

"Who are they then?"China speaks up yet again catching the attention of UN.

Before UN answers J.E and KOI reveal themselves,causing a few countries to gasp and say things under their breath but the most noticeable reaction I'd seen was from Japan.She had pinned her ears back at seeing her mother alive again yet she still retained her posture in her seat.

"Now do not fear them,they are on our side as you've probably noticed,a few countries aren't here.And that is because the empires have been with us for centuries,just hidden.Now a few hours ago,we received word from these two that the empires were planning to regain their land.And that one modern country,supposedly helped them into coming back."I glanced back at the countries to see some horrified,some surprised,some looking like they were about to cry.

Yet one country stuck out to me like a soar thumb,Britain again.He looked like he was growing increasingly anxious and uncomfortable,as I noticed him shift his wings multiple times,and in his seat.This was wierd to me,as I'd never seen him like this since ww2,when he was in the same room with third reich.

I glanced back at UN before he continued speaking flicking my tail slightly.

"So,we will all need eachothers help in taking down the empires.Now is information me and America had gotten from J.E.And that information is that the larger the empire is,the stronger they will be.Such as examples,the empires that are more like modern countries like PLCW(Polish Lithuanian CommonWealth) and Ethiopian empire."UN paused more a few seconds to catch his breath before continuing.
