You stuck your head out the windows, blowing kisses and waving to your boyfriend and his brothers as the bus drove along, until it was so far down the road that you couldn't see them anymore.

Poppy was stroking her little sister's orange hair when she fell asleep with her head resting on her lap, but you couldn't help but notice the sad expression on her face.

You weren't her close friend, but you knew her well enough to know that few things in the world could make her take the radiant smile off her lips.

Viva noticed it too, but allowed you to talk to her, as it would help you get closer to her.

"Hey, Queen Poppy, are you okay?" You asked her.

She looked at you and forced a smile.

"You don't need to call me that, we're going to be sisters very soon, remember?" She said, ignoring your question.

"It's force of habit." You giggled. "But that doesn't answer my question, you know?"

She let out a long sigh, deciding that maybe she would feel better if she spilled the beans to you.

"Have you ever loved someone so much that just the thought of being apart from them for a day makes you feel despair filling your chest?" She asked.

"To tell the truth, I do know." You answered sincerely, smiling at the thought of Floyd.

"I know I'm exaggerating, after all it will only be for a week, but why do I feel as if instead of a week, it's 50 years?"

You couldn't help but laugh, as Poppy was older, you thought she was the one who would talk and give you advice about love.

"Don't feel guilty about what you're feeling, we don't control our hearts." You assured her. "I've never been through this, but it must be difficult to be away from someone who has always been close to you, but I know that despite the distance, he loves you wherever he is, and so do you, right?"

She smiled. You were happy to recognize that it was a sincere smile.

"And while this week doesn't pass, we will be with you." You said, reaching out and placing your hand against her arm. "We're going to do everything, really everything, to make you feel better, right Viva?"

"Totally-yes, we're with you, hermana, always." Viva agreed, winking at her.

Your eyes sparkled with surprise as she took your hand and intertwined her hand with yours.

"Thank you. You are the best sisters anyone could have." She muttered.

She said 'sisters', in the plural, so it meant she already considered you as her sister.

You were about to say something, but suddenly there was a bump in the middle of the road and you all jumped in your seats. When the initial scare was over, it was actually fun.

"What? What happened?" Claire asked, as the sudden jolt woke her from her peaceful sleep.

You looked at Poppy and Viva for a brief moment, until the three of you started laughing together, which only made you even more confused.

"Are you guys okay?" Peppy asked worriedly, having also slept when that happened.

The three of you continued to laugh, unable to answer his question, but he could already see that you were fine.

Despite that bump you had, the rest of the trip was very peaceful, so peaceful, that you also ended up falling asleep the entire way until you got there.

"Honey, wake up, my love." Your mother's sweet voice reached your ears and woke you up from your sleep.

"Mom?" You asked as you rubbed your eyes, still heavy with sleep. "Are we there yet?"

"Yes, we're here." She replied with a smile, which immediately made you alert.

"What...?"

"I have to call him." You said, which quickly made her understand.

"Well then you better call your boyfriend off the bus." She said between laughs.

You got up and walked off the bus, while looking for his number on your cell phone.

You felt your heart speed up and a smile spread across your lips at the thought of hearing his beautiful voice again.

"Hey, baby."

"Hi, sweetie." You greeted him back. "I just arrived."

"That's good. So, how was the trip?" He asked.

"It was good, very peaceful." You replied. "Guess what? I got close to Poppy and Viva while I was on the bus."

"What? But this is amazing!" He exclaimed, laughing happily.

It made you even happier to see how happy he seemed for you and your achievement. You had the most beautiful, sweet, amazing boyfriend in the whole world.

"We talked so much tonight about so many things, I don't even remember them all." You continued.

"See? I knew you'd get along with them." He said.

"Okay Mr. owner of reason." You joked and laughed. "How's your day until now?"

"Normal, nothing too exciting has happened so far." Floyd responded. "I was supposed to be having breakfast now, but I preferred to talk to you first."

"Awww how cute." You murmured, feeling like your heart was melting with love.

"Then I better go before Brandi gives me a hard time." He said, which made you a little sad. Phone conversations were never long enough. "Later before I sleep I'll call you, okay?" Upon hearing that, you quickly became enlightened again.

"Okay then, we'll talk later." You said. "Love you lots."

"I love you lots too." He said between laughs. "See you later, kisses."

"Many kisses for you too." You smiled. "Bye."

You ended the call and pressed your phone against your chest, letting out a passionate sigh.

Suddenly, you were startled when you were hugged from behind. Not long after, he smiled when he saw it was Poppy.

"Now that you're done talking to him, how about we show you your new house?" She asked, setting you back down.

"I would love." You smiled.
