Rescuing You

Chapter 1

"Danny! Hurry the fuck up! We are going to miss our flight!" Barry yelled from the front door, already making his way out to the taxi that was waiting for them. Not only was the taxi 15 minuets late, but Danny waited until this morning to pack.

"I'm coming Barry. We will be fine. You worry to much." Said Dan as he zipped up his suitcase. Dan grabbed the handle and heaved the suitcase off the bed. he carried it out to the family room just in time to see Barry walk back into the apartment they share.

"Took you long enough! Hurry and throw your stuff in the taxi. Suzy and Arin are already on their way to the airport, and Ross just got to the airport with Holly." Said Barry quickly making a once-over of the apartment to make sure all the light were turned off.

Danny walked out to the taxi and the driver helped him throw his suitcase in to the trunk. The man turned to Danny and began to speak with a light Italian accent.

"You need to get your boyfriend. You do not want to be late for flight." He said before getting into the drivers seat. Danny chuckled at the 'boyfriend' part before turning on his heel to get his editor/roommate. Danny entered their apartment to see Barry standing in the middle of their TV room texting.

"What are you doing?" Asked Danny, planting his hands on his hips.

"Uh, texting Suzy. They ran into some traffic." Answered Barry, glancing up from his phone.

Danny shook his head and laughed. "And you were telling ME to hurry up." Danny grabbed Barry's wrist and dragged him out of their apartment, receiving little resistance. Danny practically threw Barry into the taxi before climbing in after him.

The ride to the airport was quiet. Danny was listening to music while staring off into space, while Barry switched between looking out the window and texting Suzy.

When the taxi finally pulled into the airport the two only had 45 minutes to get on their flight. They had no problem with luggage, and they breezed threw security. They were just able to meet up with rest of the grumps right as their flight was called to board.

"Talk about cutting it close. Any later and you would have missed the flight." Exclaimed Arin as the group made their way into the line to board the plane.

"Blame Mr. Jewphro over here. He started packing his suitcase THIS MORNING!" Barry said, handing the lady his ticket.

"Well I wasn't the one that was standing in the middle of our TV room texting when it was time to go." Snapped Danny, following Barry onto the gangway.

The rest of the Grumps laughed at the two.

"They fight like an old married couple. It's so cute." Pointed out Holly. Ross turned to her and smiled.

"You get kind of used to it." He said. He guided Holly to their seats on the plane, which happen to be behind Danny and Barry.

The flight attendant came over the loud speaker going over the basic safety procedures.

"For your safety, you will be required to buckle in for takeoff, you may not leave your seat until the captain gives the okay and turns on the cruise cabin light. Light refreshments will be served halfway through the flight. Don't hesitate to ask any questions, and have a nice flight."

Danny quickly put his headphones and turned his music on. Taking off was the worst part of the whole flight for him. He hated how his ears would hurt and pop. The plane slowly made its way to the runway and began to get some speed. The plane took off into the air and steadily rose into the sky. Danny had just finished dealing with his ears when out of the corner of his eye, he saw Barry slowly nod off into sleep. Barry had been working non-stop lately. He was editing extra videos to post while they were all away at PAX. Danny didn't think much of it and returned to whatever mind numbing mobile game was on his phone. It was only when Barry's head land on his shoulder that he king of freaked out. This wasn't normal. Why can't Barry stay off of his shoulder? Why didn't he just lean against the window?

Danny was going to move Barry's head, he swears he was. But when he looked down and saw how innocent and at peace Barry looked, Danny couldn't do anything. Instead, Danny put on one of his favorite playlists and let himself slip into the beautiful nothing of sleep.

"Hurry Suzy, take the picture. Before they wake up."

"I will Ross. Just calm down. You're going to wake them up."

The plane had landed not to long ago, and they had just gained permission to walk off the plane. When they saw that Danny and Barry they couldn't wait to post it on the internet. Suzy had just posted the picture and left a simple caption of: 'Looks like there IS someone out there that can keep DannySexBang contained.'

The Grumps decided they had enough pictures for blackmail, and Holly shook Danny's shoulder. Danny quickly crawled out of the heaps of sleep to see Everyone standing around him.

"What's up?"

"The plane landed 20 minutes ago. We have to get off." Answered Arin.

Danny nodded and began to gently shake Barry awake. Barry groggily woke up and stretched. The two got the carry-ons from the overhead compartment and slowly made their way off the plane.

As the two walked off the plane, Danny nudged Barry with his arms, get to his attention.

"Yes?" Barry asked, trying to figure which way it was to baggage claim.

"Are you ready for PAX?" Danny knew it was a stupid question, but he felt like it was the proper thing to ask.

"Hell yeah, I'm ready." Barry answered. The two began their search for the luggage claim and they were quickly swallowed up by the crowd.
