As Seventeen had been busy with their latest comeback, their manager had granted them a day off. Of course, the ever-hardworking Jihoon couldn't miss this opportunity to work on new music.
He quietly hummed along with the track as he worked, making sure everything was perfect. After all, Seventeen was a group known for having a perfect discography. If this song were to be released, it had to be good.
A few rooms away, he could hear loud music playing, accompanied by footsteps- the footsteps of a dancer, most likely Soonyoung. He sighed and rested his head in his hands. How was he supposed to concentrate when all he could hear was "kung chi pak chi" on repeat?
He stood up and walked to the other room, waiting until Soonyoung had finished. Then he poked his head in the room. "Ya, you're really loud."
"Sorry." said Soonyoung, bounding over, panting. His face was red and sweaty. "I have to practice. What if we get a surprise offer to perform God of Music and I'm not ready?"
"Then you're screwed, I guess." shrugged Jihoon.
"What were you doing, anyway?" asked Soonyoung, ignoring Jihoon's comment.
"Making music."
"More music? We just had a comeback less than ten days ago!"
"I know. But music is my passion. I can't not make music."
"Aish, you hardworker..." sighed Soonyoung. "We should take a break, both of us. Come on, let's go to your room."
"Who said you were invited?" asked Jihoon.
"Me." said Soonyoung.
"What do you even want to do?"
"I'm not sure, actually. Maybe we can film a God of Music challenge together?"
"But... we just did one the day before the comeback."
"I want to do it again, though. That was really fun."
"Fine." sighed Jihoon. "Just let me change first."

"Dance and sing, this feels amazing."
Soonyoung sang along with the last line of the chorus, a smile on his face. Jihoon quickly ended the short and was immediately pulled onto his bed.
"Wh- Soonyoung, what are you doing?"
"Hugging you." said Soonyoung, holding him even tighter. "You dance so well."
"Um... thanks."
"You're welcome."
"Soonyoung, you're acting weird."
"Weird how? I just want to hug you."
"Yeah. That's weird."
"Please. I bet millions of Carats would love to hug you. You're so huggable."
"And why do you care if Carats want to hug me?"
"Oh, no reason." said Soonyoung quickly.
"You know what? You're not bad yourself." said Jihoon, returning the hug. Soonyoung's jaw dropped.
"Y-you know how to hug?"
"I hug you, and that's the first thing that comes out of your mouth? Never mind then." said Jihoon, starting to move, but Soonyoung pulled him back.
"No, I'm not complaining, I was just surprised. I never knew you could hug someone."
"I didn't either." said Jihoon. "Not until you came along."
"Wh-what?"
"I think I'm starting to accept your affection, Kwon Soonyoung."
Soonyoung smiled. "About time."
"Shut up. You're kinda cute."
Soonyoung froze. "Who are you and what have you done with Lee Jihoon?"
"Lee Jihoon fell in love a long time ago." said Jihoon. "Lee Jihoon was always too scared to accept another's affection. But he couldn't help falling for this overly-energetic dancer who claims to be a tiger."
Soonyoung grinned. "So are you saying..."
"Yes. I love you."
"I... I love you too." said Soonyoung, unable to believe his luck. "This calls for cuddles!"
"Ugh, fine." sighed Jihoon, but he had a smile on his face as Soonyoung held him tightly against his chest, burying his face in the younger's hair.
