SOUL'S POV
Gasps were heard from the contestants, no one had expected Soul to receive so many stickers. On top of the criticism her team suffered, this must have just been the cherry on the cake.
Yet Soul didn't seem upset or nervous, more like... eerily calm?
"That's fine. We expected this." The girl gritted her teeth and stated, "We're dancers, so we should prove them how good we are on the dance floor." She added.
With that, INSIGHT's leader led them over to their designated seats and they sat down.
They were sitting opposite of BEBE and some of the members gave them a thumbs up in encouragement. Their leader in particular seemed to be staring at Soul, sending her a reassuring smile which she returned.
The other teams, still shocked by what had occurred, started whispering to each other.
"How can she look so calm when she has seven stickers?"
"It's not looking good for INSIGHT right now."
"I'm interested in seeing if they'll pull through despite the many stickers they have."
Hearing the murmuring, the crew that was being mentioned began to get irritated, but they kept their composure.
The chatter was soon interrupted by the doors to the fight zone opening.
Through them came in the one and only Kang Daniel. At his entrance, the contestants began screaming which was understandable since, after all the man is returning as a host for the third year in a row.
"Hello. Welcome to the original Mnet dance series, Street Woman Fighter 2. I'm your host Kang Daniel." He introduced himself as cheers were heard once again.
"Street Woman Fighter 2. Not only the best dancing crews in Korea, but global named crews have joined us, making this a bigger international dance competition." He continued, "You'll fight to crush the other crews and reach the top. Only one crew can do that."
Daniel proceeded to announce the first mission, it being the 'No respect, battle with the weakest dancer' mission. Then he prompted all the teams to get up and go to get changed into clothes, more suitable for dancing.
