the calm is when I'm home in my room alone with nothing but the sounds of the faint music playing from my tv
the calm is when I'm surrounded by those I love making memories that I'll be forever fond to look back on
the calm is when my mind is silent
no thinking,
nor overthinking
no bad thoughts, or thoughts at all
the calm is when I realize that any place can be a safe place
but mine is with those that I love and the things that I enjoy.
