He is the oldest child and son of The Duke of Norfolk Territory on Star Base 12, and one year after he was born. His father who was the second son of The 2nd Duke of Norfolk Territory became Duke of Norfolk Territory.

He had two uncles and one aunt, and at the time of his birth in 2209, only his aunt and father were married, and he had one first cousin, heir to the Dukedom of Bedford Territory.

His favorite uncle, Lord Andrew Charles Howard who was born in 2195, didn't marry until 2215 when he was only 5 years old, and he married the heiress to the Dukedom of Northumberland Territory, and his second paternal first cousin, Lord Phiiip Andrew Howard wasn't born until 2218 and he was nine years old.

He would grow up with his two first cousins on his aunt's side, Lord George Frederick Carey and Lady Lady Henrietta Georgina Carey along with his younger brother, Lord Richard William Howard.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior was the heir to the Dukedom of Norfolk, and at the age of 17 his father had chosen his bride for him, and she was the oldest daughter of the Duke of Lennox Territory.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior had only met his intended bride once when he was 15 years old and she was 12 years old, and then he met her at her debutante ball when she 15 year old and he was 18 years old, but her father insisted that his daughter be 18 before she could marry, but at the age of 17 years old, she would travel from Lennox to Norfolk Territory where she would live with his future father and mother in law before she married.

She would share the same suite with her future sister-in-law, Lady Sophia Charlotte and be groomed to become Duchess of Norfolk Territory when the time came next to her husband.

Lord Robert Stuart journeys by carriage with his 17 year old daughter, Lady Patriicia to Norfolk Territory and when they reach the border of Lennox and Norfolk, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR and his son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior meet the Stuart carriage.

The two Dukes meet each other while their children remain in the carriage and Lord Robert tells Lord Charles Andrew SR " I have brought my daughter as I said I would. Your son will get the dowry when they are married in 2228."

"My daughter has a very impressive wardrobe, and her mother had her wedding dress designed for her wedding. The damn woman is Puritan, perhaps your dutchess can redesign the dress." Lord Robert asks.

"I will ask Lady Alexandra to take a look at it and with my sister's help. They will redesign the wedding dress." Lord Charles Andrew SR tells him.

"I will return next year to give my daughter away and I will have to drag my puritan wife with me." Lord David says with a laugh.

"I have to find a bride for my son." Lord Robert tells Lord Charles Andrew SR.

"My damn wife has chosen one of her Puritan relatives for our son to marry." Lord Robert says.

"I heard that Lord William Carey, who is married to your sister, has a sister, Lady Philadelphia Carey." Lord Robert asks.

"Lord Willliam's sister was born in 2195." Lord Charles Andrew SR tells him, "Your son was born in 2215."

"I would think that Lord William Carey's daughter, Lady Henrietta Georgiana Carey would be more near your son's age, but you have to contact Lord William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory." Lord Charles Andrew SR tells him.

"I can put in a good word with my brother-in-law and sister" Lord Charles Andrew SR tells him.

Lord Robert Stuart escorts his daughter to the Howard carriage with her luggage and he kisses her and tells her " You will become Duchess of Norfolk Territory and the mother of the next Duke of Norfolk Territory."

"Your brother, mother and I will be back next year for your wedding." Lord Robert tells his daughter, Lady Patricia.

"You are in good hands with Lord Howard and his Duchess who is the daughter of the Duke of Marlborough Territory." Lord Robert tells his daughter.

Lord Charles Andrew SR helps his future daughter in law into the Howard carriage and he bids Lord Stuart a fond adieu and The Howard carriage heads back North for Norfolk Territory.

The two young people rarely speak to each other as they journey to Norfolk Territory, but Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR reads during the journey and so does Lady Patricia.

Both young people have others on their mind, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR has Lady Charlotte Augusta Beck on his mind, and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart has Monsieur Philip Louis Valois on her mind.

Both have been forbidden to see them as nothing must stand in the way of their marriage in a year.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior still meets Lady Charlotte Augusta Beck out in the garden at Norfolk Manor and they spend time together.

It is in the garden that he tells her " My father has betrothed me to the daughter of The Duke of Lennox Territory."

"We are to be married next year." Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior tells Lady Charlotte August Beck.

"I am sure that your father will make a good match for you with some equal to you." Lord Charles Andrew Junior explains.

"If I could have chosen my own bride. I would have chosen you, but it wasn't left to me." Lord Charles Andrew Junior tells her.

"I heard that Lord David Frederick Stafford, Duke of Buckingham Territory on Star Base 10 has a son Lord William Stafford, but he is not the heir to the Dukedom." Lord Charles Andrew JR explains.

"I do know that Lord Thomas Clifford, has a son, Lord John and he is the heir to the Barony." Lord Charles Andrew JR states.

"I know there are two Barons here on Star Base 12, and they both need a good wife and you would become a Baroness." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells her.

"I do know there are a couple of Earls with sons that are heirs to their father's Earldoms." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells her.

"I will never forget you, Lady Charlotte Augusta. You will always be my first love." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells her and their last meeting is hard on both of them.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior sets his mind in trying to be happy with his prospective bride.
