He was named in honor of his late great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard who was regarded as a hero for listening to his creator as Noah listened to his Creator when no one else would heed the call. 

Lord Patrick William Howard The Second was born on  February 1, 2240 before his father became Duke of Norfolk Territory and he was 31 years old, and his mother was 29 years old, and their marriage had been arranged by their two miserable fathers who were the grandsons of Lord Patrick William Howard and Lord Robert David Stuart. 

They were married in 2228, with their first child being born in 2230,  followed by their second child in 2235, and  Lord Patrick William Howard The Second was conceived in May of 2239, and he was born on Imbolc, February 1, 2240. 

When he was born his grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, Duke of Norfolk Territory, age 55,  looks at his son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, and he demands to know why he didn't name his second  grandson after his father, Lord Frederick William Howard. 

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR looks at his father "  Father.  Your brother is Lord Frederick William Howard The Second and when he marries he will name his son, Lord Frederick William Howard The Third.' Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells him.

"What my brother is  56 now and he is still  is unmarried." Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR explains.

"I have named my second in honor of my great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard. What did my grandfather ever do but cause trouble between The Howard's and Clifford's ." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his father. 

"Do you want to see your new grandson?" Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR asks his father.

"Lord Stuart can carry his damn ass to Norfolk Territory , father." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR explains.  " I will have Lord Richard Edward meet him at the border of Lennox and Norfolk Territories."
