Log. Estimated Date 9/15/10. 13:11
The Journey north will take at least a month to complete, we're traveling farther than ever before and we'll be taking numerous stops for fuel and checking out cargo.
In this time Dan has been correcting parts of The Binder, it just pains me she's using a red pen. Besides this, the ride is boring. Our trucks cabin has a few seats, and a good chunk of them are being taken up by the sleeping Vee. William hasn't appeared, but I know he's watching. The back of our 8 wheeled truck was open, acting like a balcony. I stood looking around, the dozen trucks picked up dirt behind us like a herd of cattle. Most, if not all, of the trucks had their backs filled with cargo and supplies. The truck in the front, which was noticeably bigger, had a large cannon at the back of it, it aimed into the sky behind the truck unloaded. The truck housed Kibo and Promise, and most likely Kit.
As far as our numbers are, we stand at about 7,000 men and women. Number that will continue to dwindle until we eventually go extinct.
What interests me most is the "rest of the world" mentioned by Centralis, is there really more land out there? At the moment, the only nations I know about are Erun, Japan, what's left of Europe, and Russia. I would like to get into detail about how every nation came to be, but this log can't be too long.
It's come to my attention that Asmodues has no intention of fighting us directly, and is instead relying on others to do his work for him. How irritating.
I'll see how this goes, but I'm tempted to use this cat nip sooner than we thought.
Log 1,36, Sealed.
It was the middle of the day, me and Dan were at the back of the truck. Hawkins had offered to drive during the day, as our night shift driver was feeling under the weather. I looked to the side further up the convoy to see that the lead truck was slowing down. It drifted over to us and matched our speed, it drove steadily to our right as the door opened and Kibo jumped out. The truck closed its door, and drove more to the right to avoid a crash. Kibo dusted himself, and I noticed he had a different outfit today. They now adorned more of a generals uniform, a black uniform with multiple straps coming from a slit near the end, a slight turtle neck with a golden U shape and a gold line going down the center below the straps. Golden tassels beneath a firm shoulder, on his right arm there was a silver armor that wrapped around, and on his left was a tapestry with a blue underside that flowed to his knees. His rapier on his left with a belted band stemming from his right hip, and an actual belt with a golden buckle connecting the two. I was quick to notice his... cleavage, and his lack of... I'd rather not get into the details but this supposed male didn't seem like one on the outside... compose yourself Brandon, he smiled at us and spoke with his soft but commanding voice.
"You guys doing alright?"
Dan spoke, I guess she IS the leader.
"Yeah we're fine, just a long trip."
"Yeah, we'll be alright, just a long drive I get it. Anyway Uhm... I think 2 days from now we'll be stopping at a place called Sandolocovo (Sand-dough-low-co-vo). It's an old abandoned walled city, there's a fuel station there that we hope has something for us. I'll keep you all updated, but I need to go tell the others. I'll see you soon!"
Kibo waved and jumped back into the truck, it's door swung open and closed again before it slowed down more to the truck loosely behind us. I smiled, saying something to myself .
