Charlie return to her room with the big tray of tea and small snacks in hand. Alastor was inside waiting for her. He was surprised to see what Charlie came back with. "Goodness Charlie, what's all of this?" Alastor asked.

"Well I thought we could use a drink with our snacks, so I made some tea as well." She set the tray on a big drawer next to the bed. She poured tea into two tea cups and handed one to Alastor. Alastor thought this might be a bad time to tell her he wasn't very fond of tea. She seemed to have worked so hard on it, he didn't want to be rude. So he took the tea cup and took a sip. It honestly wasn't half bad. "So, how is it?" Charlie asked, eagerly awaiting his reply.

"It's quite wonderful my dear, I really enjoyed it," Alastor said with a smile. Charlie squealed happily.

"I'm so glad you like it," Charlie said smiling. Alastor chuckled a bit and blushed. She really did have an adorable smile. It made her rosey cheeks stand out more. He just wanted to squeeze them. He gave a toothy smile and walked over to Charlie, towering over her. As he stood over her, Charlie suddenly felt very small and weak. She swallowed. "A-Alastor? Is there something wrong?" Charlie stuttered and swallowed.

"Charlie," Alastor said in a deep voice. It wasn't as intimating as the voice he used when he was angry. There was no static at all. It was calm and kind of... seductive. "Your cheeks."

"What about them?" Charlie asked. Alastor then proceeded to gently pinch Charlie's rosey cheeks, much to her surprise.

"They're so adorable!" Alastor said in his normal voice. He continued to pinch Charlie's cheeks. Charlie was very confused about what was happening.

"Al, what are you doing? It's not that I don't enjoy it, I'm just a bit confused," Charlie asked.

"Well Charlie, it's just that your cheeks looked so cute and squishy and well... I just couldn't contain myself. I hope it isn't a problem."

"It's no problem Al, squish away, but after this we really have to get back to work. There have been enough of distractions already," said Charlie.

"Alright princess." Alastor continued to gently pinch and squeeze Charlie's rosey cheeks, Charlie giggling throughout. After a while, they continued working till the pentagram looking sun started to set over the kingdom. Alastor looked out at the window. "Goodness my dear, it's getting late. We should be getting to sleep. Charlie?" Alastor turn to his side and saw that Charlie was already asleep. He smiled. He snapped his fingers and Charlie was snug in her bed with her pajamas on, her papers were neatly put away in the drawer, the tea set she brought in was clean and put back where she found it. Before he went back to his room, he walked over to Charlie's bed and gently whispered to her. "Goodnight my charming demon Belle. I'll see you in the morning." He then walked out of Charlie's room and after he closed the door, Charlie opened her eyes, blushed, and smiled. When Alastor was back in his room, he blushed deeply and felt his heart pounding. "I'll tell you eventually, mi amor," he said with a sigh. The next three days, Charlie and Alastor met in secret without Sevanthian knowing for Alastor's dance lessons and working on the passion project. Over those three days, Charlie started to act a little strange whenever she was around Alastor. She got more nervous and flustered around him whenever he teased or flirted with her. Even when he gave her simple compliments. Charlie wondered why she was acting so strange. So every time she got a moment to be by herself for a bit, she would try to figure it out. Then finally, while she was in her dressing room, she suddenly figured it out. She realized that she had feelings for Alastor. No matter how many times she tried to deny it, she knew that it was true. She thought about telling him, but then thought against it. What if Alastor didn't like her back? What if her father and mother found out, or worse, what if Sevanthian found out. She decided that she would just keep to herself for now until she figured out what to do. She walked out of her dressing room and to the garden where they would practice dancing. She sighed. "I just wish I could tell him," she said sadly. She then started to sing.

I'm starting to feel some sort of way

You give me goosebumps every day

And when you look at me and smile

I wanna say

I think your okay

She dances around the garden.

Your stupid face makes me insane

My heart feels like it's trapped in cellophane

and every time I try to unwrap the pain

I feel so ashamed

She starts to see images of her and Alastor having fun together.

Oh, but you don't know how I feel

Mmm...

It's like every day I'm running uphill

She then sees an image of her and Alastor gazing dreamily into each other's eyes.

Oh why can't I just spit it out and

Tell you right now

That you're the one I want

Out loud...

The image fades away. She sadly walks over to a white bench and sits on it.

I guess I'll stop here and not hint at all

That you're the one I've fallen for

But if you ever think of me as anything more...

She sets her elbows on her knees and props up her head with her hands.

I'll be here at your call

She sighs and smiles.
