Nunew.

There he was.

Sleeping just across me on the couch.

I still couldn't understand why he ended things.

Was I not good enough for him or did he just not like me at all.

As far as I could remember I had done everything to make him comfortable in our relationship.

But now we were grown ups and we had to pick our battles.

For me, I decided that this battle was beyond me.

"P'Zee, please wake up..I'm almost leaving for uni,''

I forgot how he was a stubborn sleeper.

"Nhu just one more minute please,''he replied turning to the other side.

I had no choice but to let him stay over because I had an exam and if I kept struggling with him I'd be late.

I wrote him a note and left the spare key on top of it.

It was my final year and my final examination.

I was beyond excited because I would finally follow my dreams of becoming an actor and singer.

I had been on multiple debuts but I wasn't famous enough to be succeed.

I loved both the occupations dearly.

Alternatively,I would go for acting because I liked it a lot.

I called Nat and we met up before it started.

"What do you mean he's in your house?how did he get there!?''

"Keep your voice down! I told you he came over to offer me coffee last night,''

"Stop gatekeeping information Nunew!how did he end up sleeping over?wait..did you two...''

"Absolutely not!''I almost shouted in reply hitting his hand."he just happened to fall asleep while watching me study,''I replied and walked away quickly before he could ask anymore questions.

"Keep it down you two!''the librarian said frowning at us.

"Sorry,''

I woke up to an empty room.

I looked around and my eyes landed on the note and keys on top of it.

"I see you're still as thoughtful as ever,''I smiled as I read the note over and over before putting it in my pocket.

His room was much more similar to his previous one.

It brought back a lot of memories we shared.

I decided to text him because I did not feel like going back in my house.

"Hey Nhu can I use your bathroom?''

"Don't you live just next door?''he replied almost immediately.
