"So, this is the place, huh?"
Chuuya glanced at Shirase, awaiting his answer.
"Yup, this's it. The tiger's in there somewhere." Shirase looked back at Chuuya. "Are you ready?"
"Yeah."
With that said, Chuuya then burst into the air and landed on the side of the orphanage. He walked along the orphanages side, avoiding the line of sight of anyone looking out of the windows. He walked a good distance until he spotted what he was looking for.
"There you are." He muttered to himself.
He quickly climbed into the open window to a deserted hallway in the orphanage. 'Good, he kept his end of the deal.' He thought,
a week ago, Chuuya and some of the sheep had been searching for information about the whereabouts of the tiger that had demolished one of the streets in Yokohama.
Chuuya, Shirase and Yuan had been going around questioning people who lived near the street the tiger had ruined. They had talked to people who's homes were partially destroyed and undergoing repairs courtesy of the military, and people who were eye witnesses. They had decided to check out the street that the incident had happened and-
"Woah, there is no way a normal tiger could have done this!" Shirase exclaimed, the little group of sheep stared down the street, they had expected destruction, but nothing like this. Chuuya ducked under some police tape and began to stroll down the street, observing it as he went. He bent down to get a closer look at some weird dents in the pavement, his eyes widened a bit in shock when he could recognize the shapes as a paw prints, big as his head. "Definitely not some random escaped tiger then." He muttered, Shirase and Yuan fell into step behind him as he continued to walk the road.
"Look, there" Yuan said, pointing her finger at a dent of the side of a building. It was massive, Chuuya glanced at another building to his right and saw a huge claw mark that dug into the building. Chuuya let out a small chuckle as he stopped walking to look at the mark. It looked long and deep too, "At least now were sure it was an ability that did this." He said, using his fingers to feel the grooves of the mark. An attack this ferocious would have for sure killed the average person, he wondered if there were any casualties.
"Hey Chuuya, look over there." Chuuya turned his head towards the direction Shirase was indicating, there was a person looking at one of the massive pawmark dents in the pavement farther down the road.
"Oi, do you know anything about the huge tiger that came through here?!" Chuuya had to shout to make sure the guy'd hear him. The man turned, eyes widening, then he ran. "Ehhh?!" Chuuya exclaimed, why was he running?!
"AY GET BACK HERE!" Shirase exclaimed, "Chuuya you go after him, me and Yuan'll catch up!"
Chuuya nodded and propelled himself at the man, who was now taking a right turn into an alley. Chuuya landed heavily at the alleys entrance and leaped into the air again, turning right into the alley. he caught sight of the man running through the alley from the air and dived at him. He landed on the man heavily, the man grunted, the air nocked out of him and hit the ground hard. Chuuya got off the mans back, walked in front of him and squatted. He grabbed the mans hair and lifted his head upwards so he could look at him. He wasn't damaged to badly, just a bloody nose could be broken. "Tell us everything you know." Chuuya said, voice menacing. The man had quickly agreed.
"Alright, first tell us why you ran" Shirase demanded knife in hand, pointed at the man, who was sat on a bench, currently holding a tissue to his bloody nose. "What are you, teenage gang members?" The man asked, slightly muffled. "Answer the question." Chuuya said, tone warning. "Alright, I'll answer your questions... For a price." The man stated, taking the napkin away from his no longer bleeding nose, guess it wasn't broken. "Wha- uh, t-that's absurd! Your not the one making the-"
