Last night was super fun however the morning after not so much.

After the party ended, Dante and Luci went home but the rest of us decided to crash at my place since Grammy decided she needed a relaxing vacation in the Maldives with her sisters.

I aspire to be like her when I'm older.

There's a pounding in my head, Carlos has taken all the blanket and wrapped himself up like a burrito and Zara's foot is currently on my ass cheek.

We've always shared a bed during sleepovers and don't think anything weird about it but it amazes me how every time we do share a bed, someone always gets kicked off.

I'm surprised it didn't happen this time.

Quietly getting out of bed, I grabbed a glass of water from my nightstand and poured it onto their faces, "Wake up bitches!"

Laughing my ass off, I watched as they both jumped off the bed and fell onto the floor on top of each other.

Like I said - it's never a proper sleepover if one of us doesn't end up on the floor by the end of it.

"Why would you do that." Zara whined while sitting cross legged on the floor whereas Carlos was still lying down and decided he would carry on sleeping from down there.

Still laughing at their situation and slowly creeping out of the bedroom I replied, "I felt like it" then ran away to the kitchen.

Whilst I was preparing the bacon and eggs, Carlos finally decided to grace us with his presence and slouched down onto the kitchen chair.

"Don't think I've forgiven you for what you did Ami, just give me a few minutes to fully wake up."

I handed him his plate of food and he seemed to have changed his mind from his previous statement, "Never mind you're forgiven."

Then from across the corridor we heard a distant voice become louder as Zara walked to the kitchen shouting, "Hell no Ami you best believe I will be getting you back for that evil sinful action you committed!"

"Even if I told you that I made breakfast?"

She paused in her steps.

"Damn it Ami you can't do this you know food is the way to my heart." Hehe.

Carlos and Zara - 0

They left after breakfast and I impulsively decided that I wanted to clear out my closet.

Now I'm standing in the middle of my room with clothes thrown around everywhere and the motivation I had before to be productive is gone. Great.

Leaving the mess in my room behind I went to the kitchen to see if we had any cookies.
And of course because I'm so lucky - there were no cookies left.

Now I had to go grocery shopping after realising that the fridge was quite empty and Grammy wouldn't be back until next week.

Once I got to the grocery shop, I headed straight to the snack aisle to pick up my cookies but accidentally bumped into someone on the way. Ouch.

"I'm so sorry!" Lifting my head up I was greeted by the one and only Dante Silvester who had a massive pile of snacks in his hand that I could barely see his face.

"What a lovely surprise seeing you here Amelia. I didnt expect to bump into you - apologies for that Amelia." He had a cheeky look on his face and I was beyond confused on why he was acting like this.

I then noticed the tall and handsome man behind him who was sending a death glare towards his best friend.

"Hi Luci!" I felt my cheeks begin to heat up as I realised how loud I was.

He gave a small nod of greeting but avoided making eye contact with me and I was unsure as to why but shrugged it off.

Turning to Dante I asked, "So what exactly are you doing with a massive pile of snacks?" Not that I was judging but it really was a large amount for just two people.

"For movie night of course! Me, you, Lucian, Zara and Carlos tonight at my place." This was just what I needed to escape from the mess that was going on in my room - I really didn't have the energy to deal with that right now.

"Sure! Does Carlos know about it yet?" I assumed Zara was aware of movie night since they live together.

"Do I know about what?" I jumped up in fright when I heard Carlos deep voice from behind me.

"Oh my gosh what a coincidence that we're all here right now - this makes things a lot easier now." Dante cleared his throat, "Carlos whatever your last name is you have officially been invited to the best movie night you'll ever experience at my place tonight."

"We'll see about that." They then walked away together to go pay for the snacks but my focus was on Luci who still hadn't looked at me.

"Luci, what's wrong? Did I do something to annoy you?" I try think of anything I could've done to annoy him but my mind goes blank.

I walk up to him and go on my tiptoes then gently place one hand on his cheek and the other under his chin to lift his head up.

He wraps his arms hesitantly around my waist and leans into the hand that's on his cheek but still avoids eye contact.

"Come on Luci, tell me what's wrong." I then quietly say, "Please Luci."

After a few seconds he ever so quietly says, "It's nothing." His eyes are now closed as he leans further into my hand and gently wraps his hand around the wrist that's holding his face whilst the other stays around my waist.

I knew something was up but I didn't want to force him to say anything so I left it and hoped that he would eventually open up and tell me what was upsetting him.

We walked hand in hand outside the shop and back to the car where Dante and Carlos were standing waiting for us.

"What took the lovebirds so long?" That sly smirk never left Dante's face. Ever. He was well aware of what he was doing.

I felt my cheeks turn red and went to let go of Luci's hand but he held it tightly and rubbed comforting circles with his thumb onto my hand.

"None of your business." He muttered sending yet another death glare to Dante but never once letting go of my hand.

Sometimes I wonder how him and Dante are best friends yet are the complete opposite to each other.

"Alright let's go! It's movie night time." Carlos my saviour said after a couple of moments of awkward silence.

And it was only once we got to the car that I realised I still never bought my cookies.
