Who can use it?

ANYONE can use little space, regardless of your gender or physical age. 

Although it is most common for people who have had a rough childhood, genuinely anyone can use it. It is a super healthy coping mechanism for depression, anxiety, stress, and more (I personally use it for anxiety and depression because slipping just makes me feel happier and calmer) and it is a good alternative to harmful coping mechanisms. Some people also just use it because it's fun!
