Lena was sitting in her room when someone knocked on the door. She lazily rose from the bed and walked to the door.
"Who's there?" She shouted before opening the door. Nobody answered. She hesitantly opened the door and saw Mico there.
"Mico? What are you doing here?" The brunette was very surprised.
"I wanted to ask you why you didn't say goodbye to me then? You didn't write a stupid "bye"? You just left me?" he bombarded her with a lot of questions.
"I only knew you half a day. Forgive me, but you are not someone super important to me" she said, wanting to close the door. In vain because Mico was holding them. He was too strong for the girl. She then started screaming and squealing, hoping someone would help her.
"Yeah! Conference! I forgot. That's why there's no one here," she thought.
She let go. The boy calmly entered the room and closed the door behind him. Terrified, she retreated to the window. She had a room on the ground floor, so the escape route was easier. As she got closer and closer to the window, she saw a few things. There was a glass vase on the cabinet next to it. There was a phone on the bed and it started vibrating.
"Jay!" she consoled herself in her thoughts. When the boy was within her arms reach, she grabbed the vase and smashed it on his head with all her strength. She stunned him, at least for a moment. She quickly jumped on the bed and answered the phone.
"Jay! Then I'll explain! Call Felix!" She shouted into the receiver, quickly giving the number. She didn't know if the boy had managed to write it down or remember it, but she didn't have time for it. She ran towards the door with the phone in her hand, knocking over everything she had on the way. She ran into the corridor and ran as fast as she could to the exit. She ran outside.
"Half the battle" she said to herself. "Jay?" She asked, not knowing if the boy was still talking to her.
"I am. Don't be afraid" he said in a gentle voice. "Now will you explain to me what happened?"
"Not yet. I need to find shelter. I don't know if he'll let me join my brother's enemy team, but it's worth a try" she had to be careful with her words. Jay didn't know yet that she was a Vazquez GP driver.

"Please, let me in! Some madman wanted to hurt me! He ran into my room and started attacking me!" She said desperately to the security guard of the hotel where the Temirati team was spending the night.
"Are you seriously out of your mind?!" The security guard shouted at her. "I'm not interested in your problem!" He shouted it straight in her face. Lena turned her head and was slowly losing hope. At the same moment, Carlo Marquez appeared at the window.
"He's looking at the whole situation. It's obvious," she thought. "Maybe he'll come down and help me? Will he let me in?" Her head was full of positive scenarios. However, there was one negative thing. "He knows I'm Felix's sister. And that's it, after my rescue" she was about to give up. Suddenly she heard the sound of a window opening.
"Let her in. I'll find out if he's telling the truth" he shouted to the security guard. She didn't like the tone the driver spoke.
~~~~
"Was there really some madman chasing you?" He said in disbelief.
"Yes. Hello, I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm Felix Castenade's sister! - She reminded him of it.
"You're being crazy... You're lying to steal Temirati's data for Vazquez GP?!" He was outraged by what he had just learned about.
"If I really wanted to do it, I wouldn't have told you that I was somehow related to Vazquez GP, you idiot!" she shouted in fury. After a while, she calmed down. "I'm grateful for letting me stay here, but I won't be here for too long. I'll wait until the conference is over and go back to my place" she said and sat more comfortably in the chair. Carlo went somewhere and Lena called Jay to explain everything to him.
"Hey, is everything okay?" He said worriedly. Carlo poked his head out from the next room, but the girl didn't notice him.
"It's okay now. I guess. I'm waiting for my brother to come back from the conference. I want him to know everything. Do you remember... I had a similar situation..." a lot of memories from her previous stay in Monaco came to her mind. She shook her head to get them all out of there.
"And how are you? Like in Japan?" She bombarded him with lots of questions. They talked for a good half an hour. All this time, Carlo was straining his ears to hear what the brunette was talking about and catch the most necessary information. When Lena finished talking, Carlo approached her.
"What happened in Monaco when you were here last time?" his voice didn't sound like a question, but like an order. The girl was afraid that if she didn't say anything, he would throw her out and she would have to deal with Mico again.
"And then I flew to Germany by private plane"
"How could he?" Carlo's quiet, furious voice was heard. The girl pretended not to hear him, but smiled because her rival cared about her.
After a few moments, a notification came to Lena's phone.
"My brother is waiting downstairs. The conference is over. I'd better go." She got up from the chair and went towards the door. The boy followed her to see her off.~~~~
"Lena!" Felix exclaimed. "Is everything okay?"
"As you can see, he feels good. But thank Carlo as well" as she said his name, she looked at the driver. "If it weren't for him, it probably wouldn't have been so colorful."
Carlo didn't say anything, just nodded at Felix."Come on now. Eric wants to know if you're okay. You're finally my sister and I treat you like a member of the team" Carlo looked in disbelief first at Lena and then at Felix.
"I'm not bothering you. I'm going to my place" he said and went back to the hotel.
~~~~
"I see you're doing well, Lena," Eric Vazquez said as the siblings sat in his office. "Tomorrow I will thank Carlo personally for helping you. Who knows how it could have ended."
"I don't know. I was very scared then."
"You can go to your place. Tomorrow remember there is a race. Rest and be full of strength" he said the last sentence, making a sign with his hand asking to leave the room.
The younger brother wrapped his sister in his arms and walked her to her room.
"Can I bring my mattress here?" He asked "I want to know that you will be safe.""How do you care so much" the girl was happy that Felix cared about her
