Jealousy

Jealousy is a very powerful thing. Gaara is jealous of Sasuke and how close Sasuke and Naruto are. He didn't like Sasuke being so close and flirting with HIS boyfriend. He knew Naruto was happy though and trusted Naruto to never cheat on him. Gaara was never good with emotions and Naruto understood that. Neither of them were really good with emotions.
    Gaara was in Konoha for a kage summit. He didn't have time to see Naruto before the meeting, unfortunately. When the meeting ended Gaara went to find his blonde haired, blue eyed ninja. After awhile he found Naruto at the training grounds. He also saw another dark haired boy beside Naruto. Gaara squinted furiously. That boy (Sasuke) was to close to Naruto. Gaara's sand slowly came out and was ready to attack. Sasuke was saying something to Naruto that Gaara knew he didn't mishear. "I love you, Naruto," Sasuke said. Naruto blushed, "O-oh, um...a-actually, I-. Gaara couldn't handle hearing another word, he left quickly and unnoticed. He went back to his inn and to his room, he sat on the bed.
>Gaara's POV<
He wouldn't cheat on me, he wouldn't, he wouldn't! I know he wouldn't! I know and yet I'm feeling this weird feeling that I don't understand...why...what is this feeling. Oi, kid, what you're feeling is jealousy, Shukaku barked at me. Jealousy... I mumbled. That's what this horrible feeling is? I questioned. "Yes, what you're feeling is jealousy," Shukaku said. I didn't like that feeling...jealousy.

Naruto had rejected Sasuke's confession and explained he was with Gaara and he would never betray the one he loved most. He went to where Gaara was staying and knocked on the door.
>Naruto's POV<
"Gaara, are you here?" I asked slowly coming into the room. Gaara was sitting on the bed, his eyes were closed as if he was thinking. "Gaara," I said quietly slowly going towards him. Gaara opened his eyes and looked at me. "What do you want," he asked coldly making me flinch. I haven't seen Gaara act cold towards me in a long time. "W-what's wrong?" I asked. He growled, "why do you care, don't you need to go be with Sasuke" he rolled his eyes. W-what, Gaara, what are you talking about?" I asked seriously. I didn't even like Sasuke in that way, he was just a good friend, my best friend, nothing more. Gaara knew this too so why he is acting so strange I can't understand. I sat beside him, "Gaara, please, talk to me," I whispered in his ear. Gaara pushed me away, "WHY WAS HE SO CLOSE TO YOU EARLIER, I DONT WANT PEOPLE OTHER THAN ME BEING THAT CLOSE TO YOU NARUTO!" He shouted at me, tears building in his eyes. My expression softened, "baby, you know I love you and only you, right?" I whispered holding his face in my hands. "I know you're jealous but there's no reason to be, I do not love Sasuke the way I love you, I love him like a brother, nothing more," I said kissing his forehead. That seemed to calm him down. "Jealousy is hard to deal with but rest assured I will never cheat on you, Gaara, never ever," I said kissing his face gently. Gaara smiled slightly, "thank you, love," he whispered as the moon light shined over us.
