8.Awakening Feelings

Jungkook's recovery had gone remarkably well, and he was finally ready to leave the hospital. As he prepared to depart, he felt a mixture of emotions – relief at being out of the hospital, gratitude for Taehyung's unwavering support.

Taehyung was there to pick him up, and the two of them shared a warm smile as they left the hospital behind. As they drove away, the cityscape outside seemed more vibrant, and the air felt crisper.

Jungkook's excitement was evident. He leaned back comfortably in the car seat, eager to return to his regular life.

Jungkook exclaimed, "finally! I'm returning to my work." Taehyung glanced at Jungkook, concern etched in his features. "Are you serious? You can't just head back to the company like that."

Jungkook chuckled, understanding Taehyung's concern but feeling determined. "I've had my rest, and I'm feeling much better now."

Taehyung sighed, taking a moment before he replied. "I know you're eager to get back to work, but you've been through a lot, Jungkook. It's essential to give yourself more time to fully recover."

Jungkook nodded, appreciating Taehyung's worry. "You're right; I don't want to push too hard. I'll take it easy at work and make sure to continue with my check-ups."

Taehyung gave a small smile, relieved that Jungkook was willing to prioritize his health. "That's a good plan. I'll support you during your transition back."

As they reached Jungkook's house, Taehyung provided a steady arm for support, allowing Jungkook to lean on him. They eventually made it to Jungkook's room, where Taehyung carefully eased him onto the bed.

Observing the clutter and disarray in Jungkook's house, Taehyung couldn't help but comment.

Taehyung chuckled, "Jungkook, your place is... quite the mess, isn't it?"

Jungkook, despite his exhaustion, managed a sheepish grin. "Yeah, I guess I haven't had the energy to clean up lately. Sorry about the chaos."

Taehyung waved it off with a smile, "No worries, you should just focus on getting some rest for now."

Jungkook nodded, grateful for Taehyung's understanding.

With Jungkook resting peacefully, Taehyung decided to take matters into his own hands and tackle the clutter in the house.

He moved from room to room, picking up stray clothes, empty dishes, and misplaced items. The vacuum cleaner hummed to life, swiftly clearing away the dust that had settled in neglected corners.
