Chapter 11 : Night Talk

Alyssa's P.O.V:
I gasped as i woke up, i sighed as i look down, 'Just a nightmare...' I said in thoughts, i had a nightmare and it's about... My past... I sighed again as i get off my bed, i can't sleep now because of my nightmare, 'I guess i should check on them but quietly because i don't want to wake them up' i said in thoughts and i used my teleport power to teleport me to somewhere in their base.

Time skip (still Alyssa's P.O.V):
I checked on all of them and they're doing just fine, most of them are sleeping while some of them were busy and heck, i almost got caught! Anyway, i decided to go back to my room but i heard someone's humming, it's from the room where T. Cameraman got upgraded, i walked towards the room and the door opened itself, i was surprised because he's humming (he's humming a song called "Please Don't Go" By Joel Addams, it was supposed to be a slowed down but i couldn't find it on YouTube).

I walked in to the room and i stopped in front of his left hand, i place my hand on his gigantic finger as i look at him, he stopped humming because he feels my hand and he looked at me, "Oh! Al, aren't you supposed to be asleep?" He asked, i chuckled nervously as i look away, "Yeah, i... Had a nightmare and... I couldn't sleep again due to my nightmare..." I said as i look down, T. Cameraman was quite surprised, "Again?" He said in worried, i nodded because i always had a nightmare like many times (in my world) and it's about... My past... I flinched in surprised a little because T. Cameraman gently rubbed my back with his gigantic finger, "It's okay, you don't need to be scared about them... They won't hurt you again as long as your friends stayed by your side" He said and he was right...

Titan Cameraman's P.O.V:
She looked at me and she smile, i smile back at her, even though, i can't, "So..." She said, i tilted my head in confusion, "I heard your humming a song, where did you get that from?" She asked, i was surprised by her question and i look away in sadness because... "I... Got it from... My dad... He taught me this song... I lost my family because of those Toilets... They killed my family right in front of me...!" I said in a sadness tone, i heard Lyss gasped, "I'm... Sorry, T. Cameraman..." She apologize as she place her hand on my finger.

I look at her and said, "It's okay... At least, i still have my friends and... You..." She was surprised but she smile, "I won't leave you all... I promise... And i promise, i will protect you and your friends" She said, which makes me smile but i can't, "So, Al..." I said, she looked at me and i continued, "When you got those powers, how did it feel?" She was surprised, she seems kinda nervous but she answered, "Well, it felt kinda weird to me when i got these powers but i've gotten used to it now... I still don't get it why this person gave these powers to me, i mean, why me? Why not someone else? I know that i'm young but i can't give these powers to the wrong hand but..." She paused, i can tell that she's pressured because of those powers and she has to protect it.

"Don't worry, i'm sure there's a reason why this person gave those powers to you" I assured her, she thought about it and said, "I sure hope so and well... These powers also change my life because i make friends who's from another world and it makes me feel so happy because they're not just my friends... They're my family..." When she mentions it, i look away and started to think about it because... If she sees her friends like a family then... Does she sees us like a family as well? I don't know... She's like a little sister to me and she reminds me of my little sister back in my planet...

I sighed and said, "Al, i promise i'll protect you... I can't lose you..." I look down before looking back at her because she didn't respond, "Al?" I said as i look at her and i was surprised because she's asleep on my left hand, i didn't realize that she was hugging my finger while i didn't look at her, i chuckled as i smile seeing her sleeping, even though, i can't, i gently picked her up without waking her up and place her on my lap, i gently place my hand over her to keep her warm so she won't feel cold, she was slightly shaking but she stopped when she felt my hand, "Good night, Lyss" I said before i fell asleep.
