Yn just hummed and they after a while both fell into their sweet deep slumber.
Later that night around 2-3 am
Yn started feeling uneasy, she was having a nightmare. Sweat was all over her face,Her breaths getting heavier every second, her closed eyes squinted as she moved her head left and right. She started to mumble something. Taehyung wasn't a heavy sleeper and woke up due to the noises. He saw Yn's condition and understood what was happening. He hugged her and whispered in her ear -
Tae: Come back to me sweetheart. It's ok, everything is ok, you are safe with me.
Yn woke up, tears flowing from her eyes. She was shaking like a leaf, mumbling please help me, leave me.
She came to reality when he called out her name softly. She had enough, so she went into the bathroom and washed her face to remove the tears. Then she slapped herself very harshly while looking in the mirror staring dangerously at herself.
Yn: Pathetic! For how long Yn? For how long will you stop being pathetic and be strong? Why do you break so easily? Isn't this much pain enough for you to not cry and be strong? Grow up!
She wasn't aware that Taehyung was looking at her with pain in his eyes. He went towards her and hugged her.
Tae: Crying doesn't mean you are weak, since birth it was a symbol that you are alive.
Yn: Tae? Ca-can you bring me my phone?
Tae: Hmm. Wait a sec.
He ran and came back quickly. She called someone and waited while Taehyung stood silently, slightly confused.
Yn: Hello eomma, sorry for calling this late but can you tell is appa with you?
Y/m: No honey, is something wrong?
Yn: No, everything is fine, tell me is he ok?
Y/m: No, yk these days na.
Yn: Ya ya ok eomma bye, good night, love you!
Y/m: Good night sweetie love you too!
She then dialled another no.
Yn: Hello appa. Where are you?
Y/f: At my home, why?
Y/n: The other one?
Y/f: Ya, but what's the matter, what happened darling?
Yn: Appa, come to my house tomorrow or the day after. I need you in a case. I will tell you the details once you are here all normal. Ok?
Y/f: Well I am normal now, but ok I will come.
Yn: Ok good night ,love you!
Y/f: Ok, Good night love you too!
Ending the call she sighed, They went to the bedroom and both layed down.
Tae: Yn?
Yn: Hmm?
Tae: Can you tell me what is happening? I am confused. But if you are uncomfortable then don't.
Yn: I can never be uncomfortable around you. Actually Jake comes from a rich family and I know that he will escape prison easily so I called my dad to handle this case so that Jake gets what he deserves. My father is an RTI activist ( Right to Information)
Taehyung made an 'ooo' face.
Yn: Taehyung, I am scared. This world is so scary, people are so scary.
Tae: You are safe with me, don't worry. Let's sleep, shall we?
Yn just hummed.
Morning
Yn wasn't able to sleep after the nightmare. She woke up earlier than Taehyung and started preparing breakfast. Taehyung woke up after a while and they both had their breakfast together.
Yn was washing the dishes while listening to Taehyung blabbering. Suddenly the doorbell rang and Yn flinched hard, collecting herself together she went to the door followed by Taehyung. She opened the door and found her father standing there smiling at her. She hugged him and he hugged her back.
Yn: I missed you.
Y/f: Me too princess.
Yn: Appa, meet him. He is my friend Taehyung and my future roommate too.
Y/f and Taehyung shook hands.
Tae: Nice to meet you Mr. Lee.
Y/f: Mutual feelings Mr.
Tae: Call me Taehyung sir. *smiles*
Y/f: Ok! Anyways darling? Why did you call me here?
Yn: Come inside, we will talk about it.
They all went inside and made themselves comfortable. Yn and her father were sitting in front of each other while Taehyung was beside her. Yn told her father everything that had happened.
Yn: Appa please don't tell this to eomma. And give Jake a nice punishment.
Y/f: Hmmm. Thank you for saving her son, I owe you a big time.
Tae: No uncle, don't thank me, after all it's my duty to help my friend when she needs me!
Y/f just smiled.
When he was leaving he whispered something in her ear
Y/f: He is a keeper, don't ever lose him.I will even accept him as my son in law if you want.
He winked and bid goodbyes leaving a flustered Yn. But the happiness wasn't meant for Yn.
Yn was about to close the door but-
