Lady Luck (Chapter 17)

Silence fell from my words and the soundproof room didn't help at all.

I fucked up.. Really really fucked up!!

I wince at the pain on my wrist as Cain's sharpened gaze glares at me, so intense that I almost forgot about Vinn who's just behind him.

"What...? what do you mean you weren't aware of it?"

Cain loosens his grasp and eventually releases. I caress my reddened wrist that's been marked by his tightened grip, still feeling his intense gaze staring down at me.

"Who did you even think I was?" He spoke fast, tone mixed with anger and confusion at the same time.

"None of you ever even told me your full name.." I manage, despite the pressure from the two brothers as they stare at me.

I'm feeling nervous for some reason about my excuse cause it sounded like bullshit, but it's true! Till now, I've only known, called, and even moaned their first names–the only names they've given to me. And I just hope he's gonna buy it no matter how unbelievable and dumb it may sound.

Vinn spoke up and our attention shifted to him, well... at least mine did.

"Wait? You're saying despite our almost same looks, you still slept with us?"

I chuckle nervously as I feel both their suspicion intensify. It's true I've noticed the similarity of their purple eyes but I just thought I must've been somewhat lucky to meet–even fuck people with one of the rarest eye colors. Their faces were too distracting for me to just focus on their eyes, and let's be real here, who even pays that much attention and care to the color of the eyes you're having a one night stand with?!

"Don't pin this on me! You both were the ones jumping on me!"

"You weren't saying no" Cain said.

"You really think you would've listened if I said no? Give me a break." I roll my eyes, scoffing at the end of the sentence

"I never would've done that if I knew you were brothers, for fuck's sake."

Silence fell on us again for a good few seconds before Cain suddenly bursts out laughing, completely acting like he didn't just wanted to kill me seconds ago.

"Well if that's the case, let me inform you that we'll be sharing you" My head whips back to him and our gaze locks again, only this time, amusement flared in his eyes.

Why am I more scared now..?

And being held still against the wall isn't helping at all!

Vinn steps closer to us, confusion written all over him. It seems like this wasn't part of their plan; rather, Cain improvised.

"Don't worry, you'll be having both of us." Cain spoke up again, stopping anything coming out of his brother's mouth.

I glare at Vinn, visibly wanting him to do something about his seemed crazy brother but Cain beats me to it and glares at Vinn, causing him to agree to whatever his Older brother has decided.

"Wait- this can't be happening.." I scoff, hoping a banner with the words "just  joking!" plastered all over it pops up, but miracles never happen to people like me.

My face fell when I notice the huge grin tugging on Cain's lips.
