It's been 2 months now and all the interiors are finally done. This place looks much better. The walls are painted with the pastel green and white. The whole room defines the word aesthetic. We locked the door and went to the club. It's been ages and I hadn't gone to the club. Rose and I take our seat. Soon her boyfriend Jack came and joined us.

They both were talking while I was looking at my phone screen, hoping that he will message me today. Yes, he keeps on texting me every single day. Like: good morning babe, how was your day, love? Babe are you eating properly? Love, did you arrive at home? Good night love. Now I am already used by him. But he didn't messaged me from yesterday. He must be busy to kill someone. Wait. Why am I thinking of him? I mean I can say that he is attractive but that doesn't mean I love him. Aishh, what did he made me do? Forget him. He is not for you and you too shouldn't fall for guys like him.

It's 2 in the morning and I left the club. I opened the door and went inside my house. I am pretty  much drunk now. I went to the kitchen and drank some water. I bend down to put the bottle in the fridge but some noise took my attention. I looked at my room and tried to be as silent as water.

I can feel someone's presence. Is he here? An unknown smile came across. I went towards my room and I was about to open the door but got stopped. My heart was telling me not to. I can feel the chills around my spine. No. It's not him. I quickly went to the kitchen and grab the knife. I don't know what is about to happen but I just hope that I don't kill anyone and I will be alive. I took deep breathes and opened the door. It's completely dark.

I went inside looking here and there but found no one. I relaxed a little. How is this possible? I definitely felt someone's presence. I turn around only to be attacked harshly by flower vase on my forehead. I fell down by taking my hand on the wound. I can feel a liquid coming out of it. Blood and tears were visible. My eyes are already getting heavy now. No. You can't give up. I must call someone.

"That's right, be a good girl and sleep tightly" A strange voice came right besides me. I was breathing heavily. My eyes were getting warmer and warmer. I give up and my eyes got closed.

Author's P. O. V.

'Breaking News. A man has ran away from the police custody in the midnight. The police are saying that they will try their best to chase him. All the checkpost has now a tight security. The police informed that the man's name is Hyun kyu. He is very dangerous and a phsycopath. So, if you see this guy then immediately call the police and be safe. Lock all your doors and windows.' A guy turned off the T. V. and looked at the lady whose head was down.

"One task. I had given you one task to handle him and I can see how well you did. Happy now? Can you see this? Media and the public are going crazy. The commissioner is giving me a hard time because of you. Now I hope that you have a better plan to catch him. Is there?" A guy in the police uniform barked on one lady.

"I am really sorry but I will try my best to catch him" A lady said and again bowed down to him.

"Try? Are you serious? I don't want your sorry I want that guy. Now go and do anything to chase him. Catch him fast before he kills an innocent" The guy said and went away.

The lady sighs and sits on her chair. Another guy enters and sits besides her.

"Are you okay, sam?"

"I am seriously the dumbest police officer, ain't I?" She said looking at him.

"If you were then you won't be a police officer" He said and smiled at her.

"You know what I mean? Where could be he now? How can I find him? I really am so careless. How could I do this-"

"If you are just going to sit here and regret your mistake all the day then it's better to get started on the case and don't worry let's atleast start and we will definitely find him." He said cutting her and got up.

Sam sighs and looked at him, "thanks Jimmy."

He nods and lefts the place. Sam too got up and takes her phone and went behind him. They sat in the car and think for a while.

"So, before he knocked you out what was the time?" Jimmy asked

"It was around 12 45. Why?" She said and furrowed her eyebrows

"Hmm, so he must be near the police station because farther more is impossible for him to go ahead. The police are everywhere and he won't be able to take a flight or a taxi"

"So, you are saying that he can be in the other people's house and he must have held them hostage. Jim, We must hurry and find him."

"Yes. We will find him" He said and turned on the engine.
