Unexpected Love

Chapter 1

Today is the first day of 7th Grade for Leigha Jones. She got to meet up with her best friends that she hasn't seen in forever (Dani, Macie, Kylie, and Ali).

"O-M-G!!!! Leigha!!!!!" Dani yelled at the top of her lungs.

"Ohmygawd is it really you Dani?!" Leigha screamed.

"Yasss dumbass, it's me!" Dani replied.

"Leigha! Dani! OMG!!" Macie shouted.

"AHHH MACIE!!!" Dani and Leigha screamed at the same time.

" Dani, is that Kylie and Ali?!" Questioned Leigha.

"Yep it is!" replied Dani.

Leigha, Dani, and Macie ran to go hug Kylie and Ali. 

Ali and Leigha we in the same homeroom, Ms. VanWhite. Dani and Macie were in Mr. Shiltz's homeroom, and Kylie was in Mrs. Linstead's homeroom. After we met our teacher and got our seats in class, we all went to the Media Pit. Everyone from every class in Seventh Grade was there. We also say some new people from Greenville this year. 

"Hey Dani, who are those guys, two of them keeps staring at us?." asked Leigha.

"I really don't know i don't think they are in my homeroom..." replied Dani.

"I see one, his name is Mark, he sits behind me in homeroom. I think they are all from Greenville." Leigha said.

"The one with blonde hair is Joey, and the one with brown hair is Chris. They are both in my homeroom, and they both sit in front if me." Kylie announced.

"Cool!" Leigha and Dani said at the same time and laughed.

After all the teachers were done giving their speeches, everyone got to go outside and catch up with their friends. Leigha, Dani, Macie, Ali, and Kylie all went to their usual spot, on top of the hill, only to notice that those guys from Greenville were playing football in their spot. So they sat close to where they used to, but far enough to not get hit in the head with a football. But then all of a sudden some starts yelling,

"WATCH OUT!! HEADS UP!" 

Out of no where, a football comes and bonks Leigha in the head!

"I am so sorry are you alright?!"

As Leigha turns and gets ready to yell at this boy, she realizes it's Chris.

"Yea, um I'm okay." Leigha said.

"Okay good! " Chris replied.

Leigha grabbed the football and handed it to Chris. As soon as their hands touched her eyes lit up. She looked up at Chris as he was staring at her sparkling eyes and wavy hair flowing through the breeze.

"Oh sorry, here ya go." Leigha uttered.

"Ha, thanks, um..." he questioned.

Leigha, Leigha Jones." Leigha stated.

"Pretty name, I'm Chris, Chris Bishap." he stated.

"Thanks, and cool. See ya around?" she asked.

"Yea, I'll see ya around Leigha!" Chris replied.

"Okay, cool!" Leigha whispered to herself as Chris ran to continue his game of football.
