Slytherins & Sarcasm

ꕥ 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒍𝒆𝒚𝒔 ꕥ

It was a Monday morning. Everyone was packing their things to return home from Hogwarts. Harry was the most devastated since he had to stay with the Dursleys.

Ginny was already walking around with her bags packed as she entered the Slytherin common room. Harry sat on the Emerald Green couch while staring deeply into the blazing fire in front of him. "I've got to go back to the Dursleys.." He mumbled.

She looked at him with her eyes full of sympathy as she sighed, "You could come over to my house, Ron would be glad to see you again." She said while smiling.

He looked away from the fire as their eyes locked. He shifted uncomfortably while smiling, "I'd be glad to see him as well." He said with an awkward nod while sighing.

She sat down beside him on the couch as she placed her soft hand onto his, "I'm glad to hear that." She said while smiling at him. Suddenly, Theo walked in as her hand quickly moved away from his.

She stood up with a cute smile while throwing her arms around his neck, "I miss you!" She squealed as he kissed her on the forehead. "I miss you more." He said with his big hands wrapped around her small waist.

They both then exited the Slytherin common room while holding hands. Harry sighed as he started packing his things together. Once he was done, he was heading downstairs into the hallway.

He raised an eyebrow as he saw Pansy and Draco in a corner kissing!
He raised an eyebrow while clearing his throat, "Honestly, do you think cheating is ok?" He said with a serious expression. Pansy pulled away while wiping her lips with a sigh.

"Don't tell Blaise, I'll pay you ten -" She was suddenly cut off by Harry's outburst, "WHAT KIND OF PERSON DO YOU THINK I AM!?" He yelled back while walking off before she could even reply back.

Harry stormed off as he then saw that students were boarding the train. He hurried onto the train as he figured that Pansy and Draco were staying for the week that they were going to be out.

Harry walked to a compartment that had Blasie, Theo, & Ginny inside. He slid the compartment door open while plopping down beside them, "Blaise, I have to tell you something." He whispered, signaling for Blaise to sit beside him.

Blaise sat down next to him with a sigh, "Pansy is cheating on you." He said while explaining what he saw in the corner near the hallway. "Oh." Blaise said dryly with a shrug. "Oh?, Is that it?" Harry said with his arms crossed.

"I mean, why should I care?" Blaise said while crossing his arms in a mockingly manner with a disguted expression. Harry stared at him with honest confusion as he sighed.

"Never mind.." Harry said as he tossed his head to the side, deciding to take a nap since they weren't talking about anything. When he had fallen asleep, he felt a tap on his shoulder. "I got us something off the trolley." Ginny said as she handed him the chocolate frog.

He opened his eyes while groaning as he sat up straight, "Thanks, Ginny." He said while opening the chocolate frog. The frog jumped onto the floor and then out of the window. He saw that his card showed Albus Dumbledore.

Harry showed it to Ginny as she smiled, "We got the same one!" She squealed loudly. Theo rolled his eyes while opening his, "I got Helga Hufflepuff?" He said as Ginny snatched his from his hand.

When they arrived back at the train station, everyone started getting off. Harry grabbed his cage with Hedwig in it. He also grabbed his trunk while getting off of the Hogwarts express.

He ran through the brick wall to go back to the regular train station. He was welcomed by his grumpy, red round faced uncle. "Hurry up, boy." He said while walking slowly.

When they both reached the car, they took off to go home. Dudley was sitting in the back with a big grin on his face. "How's it going at your stupid fairytale school?" Dudley asked as Harry rolled his eyes, "It's great." He replied dryly.

"Make any friends?" Dudley asked with a big grin, "Or does no one want to be friends with a freak like you?" He said as Harry felt his blood boiling. "I'm making friends just fine." He said as Dudley laughed, "Imaginary friends?"

Harry sighed again while positioning his back towards Dudley. Once they had arrived to privet drive, they all got out. Harry slammed the car door while storming upstairs.

He sat down on his bed with a sigh. He picked up the red leather book that Hagrid had given him at his first year of Hogwarts. He opened it slowly while looking at the pictures of him as a toddler with his mom and dad.

He smiled softly as he continued to stare at the pictures that made his heart melt with joy.
