Chapter 2: Eldrich Horrors

After that unexpected shutdown, I wake up when Uzi is Shaking me violently, but not too violently, just enough to wake me up quick. "Hey, X! Wake up! We found something you might wanna see!" She said just above the volume of a whisper, so it doesn't hurt my ears as much. "Mmmh.... Nyuuuuhhhh...." I grunted, making some wierd noises as I stretch. "Ok... what is it?" I ask, still tired as could be. "The vent you fell asleep next to seemed to have had some sort of chip inside labeled 'Memorychip.ZIP'. And on the back it says 'for X. REFRAIN FROM USING ON ANYONE EXCEPT X'." Uzi read the label out loud. My eyes widen as I shot full of energy snatching the chip. "What? Lemmie see..." the chip was yellow, Grey, And Blue. "Wonder what the random choice of colors are for..." I muttered. "Why would that matter?" Uzi asked with loads confusion. "Even the tiniest details of the most obvious things can lead to very different outcomes." I explain, hoping to get Uzi to understand but as expected, she didn't. I sighed and tried to explain it to her more. "So, if you go back in time, for example, when the planet was just as beautiful as the pictures all around of earth and such, and, for example, kill a butterfly. Coming back to the present after doing that could change the history of time Drastically. Meaning if that butterfly died before then, and the planet core went boom, then going back in time and SAVING the butterfly, it may or may not have prevented the core from Exploding. But that's an example. The real reason is because the hu-" I cut myself off forgetting that Uzi nor anyone else for that matter knew about what REALLY happened. Besides J. "Because w-what?" Uzi asked. "Uhm.. n-nothing. I was just... trailing...off...?" I say trying to make up a good lie. "Oh....Kay.........well... N wanted to show you something as well, but he just went to the imfermary with J to Check on V. Also that group of boys that you confronted yesterday-" I cut Uzi off worried about what she was going to say. "If they have done one more thing bad, I swear I WI-" Uzi cut me off, basically giving me the kind of "HAHA PAYBACK IS A BITCH ISNT IT!?!?!" Vibes. "NO NO NO! They didn't. The are actually the victim this time. The unfortunate victims." She says referring to the green laser that she shot at me, although I didn't catch on quite yet. "What do you mean?" I asked, a bit worried. "Remember my railgun? The Green laser I shot at you with when we first met? Sorry about that by the way." "Yes I do remember it, and it's alright, just try not to shoot anyone with it." I say. Uzi looks down with a look of guilt spread across her face like cream cheese on a bagel. (Sorry I'm hungry lol) "that's the thing though... they were bullying me, and talking crap about you and the others, and I...kinda lost my temper and..... shot...them..." Uzi says with full guilt and sorrow lingering around in her voice's tone. "Oh. I see..." I respond not pushing the topic farther as I would figure it would have lead to an argument. So I kept my mouth shut. "Hey... x-x." A random voice whispered from the vent we were still next to. "Wha- who is that? How are you here? UF YOU TOUCH ANY ONE OF US I WILL RIP YOU APART!!" I say, standing my ground, ready for fight. "Chill man! It's me, N! I am stuck in some kind of cage with J and V! We need help!" They say. I now realize that we need to get hella serious as we are in danger. Something is attacking and it has N V and J. As we dash out of the apartment, we turn a corner, and bump into some girl with cat ears. The same girl I saved from those boys yesterday. "Watch out, Lizzy! REALLY important Business to do!" She shouts as we run down the hall. "Geez, sassy much?" Lizzy says to herself.

We reach the end of the colony only to find the worst of all. N was hung from his neck, still alive because we are robots, so we can't be hung, well we can just won't suffocate as we don't need to breathe really. V was being slowly ripped apart by metal termites, and J was Chained to the wall watching it all go down. I knew she will have to get therapy or something after this.Uzi was about to rush over to help them, but I yanked her back, before the floor fell in on itself. "Knew it was a trap. Look." I say, pointing up towards the projectors in the corners of the room, illuminating the holographic horrors of N V and J's torture. But it was fake. "Stop this now, or you will face my wrath!" I warned the ominous shadow figure in the window that had just recently appeared. "What are you gonna do, kill me?" He said, letting out a maniacal laugh. That when reality set in, smashing against me like a meteor. "James." I say menacingly, about ready to bust through the glass and rip his skull in half. "Yea! There you go, X! Finally remembering!" "SHUT IT YOU FUCKING LOSER!!!!!" I snap, making James actually scared of me, which was kinda unexpected to say the least. "Ok! Since you seem to hate me, why don't you talk to-" I cut him off saying "SHUT IT! WHERE ARE MY FRIENDS?!?!?!" "Oh! Yea that! They were never in danger! You are such a fool!" He giggled as he breathed in to continue speaking, but I spoke before him. "Y'know, I am really disappointed that you didn't die when Cyn Massacred the Gala. Given that it was my plan to end you after all." I said, hoping he will believe the lie so he would be scared. But it didn't work. "Huh... seemed like it was a really shitty plan then, cuz Cyn actually wants to have a quick chat." "CYN IS STILL ALIVE?!?!??!" I scolded. Sort of. "Well yes, why wouldn't I be?" A text to speech ai voice said, as I remembered exactly why she was still alive. "X....!" Uzi said, looking devastated at the corner. "What is I-" I stopped and froze. "M-mom?" Uzi and I said in unison. The two of us stared at each other in shock as we knew what had just been revealed to us both. "It hurts our feeling that you don't remember us..." the hologram of Nori said, as her right eye, and the screens on both of the babies she was holding all flashed the solver symbol at the same time. "SOLVER!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. "What?!? That's the symbol that beeps appearing on my eye! And what is with the mom hologram?!?!" Uzi said now looking genuinely terrified. "Better to assimilate that explain. Now we will have to do something very shocking!" Cyn says as she lowers Khan down from the ceiling, ripping him in half and eating his top half, throwing his lower half against the wall. "Uzi! ITS ALL FAKE!!! THEY ARE HOLOGRAMS! DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE AND HEAR!!!!" I say as I get dragged into the darkness of the ceiling. "Oh no you don't! NOT TODAY, BITCH!" Uzi snaps, shooting Cyn with her railgun. But before she could react, I fell from the ceiling, landing on Uzi. "Shit! Sorry Uz!" I say just now making up a nickname for her. "Don't do that again! And what did you call m-" Uzi was snatched by Cyn And dragged into a restricted Zone. I followed by not letting Uzi out of my sight. But as we went, Cyn started to make copies of Uzi with holograms, and shuffling the around while turning corners. Eventually, we stopped. "Which is Which?" She says. "Neither." I simply turn around to take Uzi out of her grasp from the fourth tentacle that was holding the real her, shooting the three holograms. "Nibble on this, Bitch." I say as I use my built in nuclear energy beam to destroy Cyn Leaving everyone around speechless, and I realize that this all was a hallucination, and I just beamed N, right in the face. I quickly snatch his body, flying back to the apartment, where I was met with J, V, And Uzi on the couch. I burst through the door, saying "DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT!!!" Over and over again until I manage to put N on the Recliner chair that was recently put there. "Wait a sec, where did this chair come from?"i say getting off track. When N rose up and looked at me with a look that was a mixture of shock and anger. "N... I'm sorry." I say to him. "Why did you shoot me?" N asked shaking in fear as he just had me randomly walk up and beam his head off. "It was Cyn." I simply say, leaving J, V, and N devistated. "How do you still remember?" J asked. Not everyone's minds were turned into soup, I say glancing over to V. "ASSHOLE! My memory is just FINE!" V scolded, knowing I was referring to her. "But it's true!" I add. "Is NOT!" V bounced the negativity back to me. "Y'know what? Lets just drop it! How bout that!" I suggest. "Fine. But next time, imma throw hands!" V said. "Bet!" I say, basically challenging her. "Ok! Stop!"uzi shouted. "Care to explain why I kept hearing you say my mom's name?" Uzi asked me. "Nori? She's your MOM?!?!?" I ask now bewildered. "Yea? Why is it so important? It not like she was the-" Uzi was cut off by me hugging her. "HEY WHATS WITH ALL THIS?!?!" She asked shocked and confused. "I'm sorry sis..." I said weakly. "Sis? What are you on about?" J asked. Uzi realized what I meant and returned the hug. V was cringing and about to throw up, N was tearing up with joy, and J was Just confused. There was knock on the door, so J went and answered it and it was Khan. "Hey, is everything alright in here? Just checking up to see how you guys are doing!" Khan says. J dousing respond and just signals him to come in. "What's going on here?" Khan asked confused as hell. Uzi and I turn our heads to see khan. We both walked over and hugged him tightly. "I don't know what is going on, and I'm getting worried!" Khan blurts out. "Don't worry about it, dad." I say. Khan gets super confused at this. "what do you mean 'Dad'?" Khan asks. "Nori is our mother, and as she was your wife, i am your son." I explain. "Wait but how did Nori have a Disassembly drone Son?" Khan asks. "Probably just a different model choice. Maybe to protect the family? But im guessing that JCJenson abducted me or something, cuz for like 7 years, as I remember, I was with the JCJ." I say. "Oh... well.... Im glad you're back, X." Khan says, hugging me and Uzi together. "Me too dad, me too." I reply.

we all decided to sit down and watch a movie, but about 3 minutes in, everyone fell asleep except me and J. I slowly and carefully got up and walked to J. "You good?" I ask her, whispering. "Y-yea..." J Replied, slightly blushing from how close I was to avoid being too loud and waking others. "Goodnight, J." I whisper, going back over to my spot, and going to sleep.
