Harry didn’t take me home right away after that.

His warm fingers were on my hips. My shirt had been jerked slightly upward from leaning on the wall, so that my hips and part of my stomach were exposed. Harry’s fingers were tracing circles on the sides of my hips, his lips still pressed against mine.

My lips were tingling it I felt so good, just to have him touching me. But he was also kissing me, and it felt too right and natural. My fingers were in his curls, and soon his lips trailed down my cheek and onto my chin. They kissed my lightly on my neck, and then he bit it playfully. I sucked in a breath, feeling something so wonderful. Something I had never felt before.

It felt so right to be here with Harry, in a way I had never felt with Eleanor. The warm feeling she gave me was nothing compared to this. The warm feeling was a best friend feeling. This felt like love. “Louis…..” Harry whispered, his lips at my ear. He kissed it lightly, his hands sliding up the length of my sides.

I shivered at his touch, and kissed him again.

After, we both just stood there, staring at each other. But it wasn’t uncomfortable. It just was. He lead me to his car, our fingers intertwined. We sat in his car, talking about things. Learning about each other.

To be completely honest, I had never felt this way before. Much less with another guy. Up until this moment I had thought I was straight. I had never considered otherwise. But after what happened with Harry……..I knew I wasn’t. It scared me slightly, but I knew as long as I was with him everything would be alright. He was younger than me, but he made me feel so safe and secure. I loved it.

“I just got out of high school,” Harry told me, his fingers tracing circles on my palms. He was biting his lip, eyes roaming me. “I was in this high ability thing and got out a couple months before everybody. That’s why I work at the bakery. I wouldn’t mind owning a restaurant or bakery or café myself. I think it would be nice to run something like that with your family.”

His eyes searched my face when he said the word family. But I just smiled at him. “That’s really cool. Maybe you could start your own business. I could help you out. I think it would be a fun project to work on. Of course we would need to pull together the money-”

“We?” Harry asked.

“Well, yea. If I’m helping I want to pitch in,” I told him.

He shook his head. “No, no, I’ll round up all the money. Some how.”

“And I’ll help,” I added and he sighed and shook his head. His curls bounced around, the setting sun bouncing off them. He looked up at me the, the last remaining moments of sunlight lighting up his face. He was so beautiful.

He leaned over the seat and kissed me softly on the lips, making my insides turn and squirm like brownie batter. But it felt so good. I almost felt guilty, Eleanor was at home, probably worried out of her mind. Who knows what my mum would say when I got back, perfectly fine with just a bruise. I didn’t know how I would tell Eleanor and my mum. Eleanor and I had been dating for about a year, I knew she loved me. I loved her, but not in this way. Not in such an incredible way. And my mum….she had wanted me to propose soon. She brought it up every time I saw her. She would hate this.

At the thought of it, I pulled back, chewing on my lips. “What’s wrong?” Harry asked.

“Nothing,” I told him, trying to pull together a convincing smile.

“Okay….” Harry said. “Your girlfriend…..” his body tensed when he said this, and I gripped his hand firmly in mine.

“I’ll take care of it,” I told him lightly and he nodded, his body relaxing slightly. He was still really rigid though as he shifted in his seat.

“Your mum is probably really worried. Where do you live?” he asked as he let go of my hand and shifted gears.

“Down this rode a few minutes,” I told him as we pulled out from the alley, the tires spitting up gravel.

“Okay,” he said, turning onto the road.

He held my hand the entire way there, telling me things. He was really funny, and I learned his last name was Styles. I told him mine was Tomlinson. When we made it to my house, Harry parked a little farther down the street behind a clump of trees so the car wasn’t visible from where my house stood. He got out of the car, and I jumped out.

I was about to thank him for driving me home when, for the third time, his lips met mine and the words died in my throat. I wrapped my arms around his neck and his hands slid into my back pockets. I felt him take something from them, and then began to do something, but I couldn’t turn to see what. I didn’t really want to. He slid whatever it was back into my pocket and kissed me one last time.

He smiled at me, and went back into his car. He drove away, and I watched his car disappear down the road, the feeling of his lips still on mine. I reached into my back pocket and quickly pulled out what was there. It was my iphone.

I unlocked it and checked my messages. He had sent a message to his number. It read, “I love you x”.

I smiled at the text, pocketing my phone once again. When I entered the house, I couldn't stop her. Eleanor dashed up and planted a huge kiss on my lips, smiling from ear to ear. It didn't feel special.

Her smile vanished. "I have to call your Mum! And the police back... They need to know your okay. Oh, Louis, I thought you had been killed or something.....Where were you?" she asked, pulling out her cell phone. "Yes! He came back, so sorry to bother you. Bye!" she shouted into the phone, probably bursting the poor policeman's ears. "And now your Mum, she's out looking for you. Oh, you had her worried sick you-"

"El...." I began, and she threw her arms around my neck. I panicked, yet again, and shoved her arms off. She looked at me in bewilderment. I could see a hurt look in her eyes. "El I....."

And then my mum walked in the door
