A beast and a his prey || eyeless jack x reader

_% Chapter one %_

The woods are meant to be as beautiful as your soul so why isn't the one I am seeing not as beautiful as my pure soul? As I get lost in the dark forest I am bounced on by a creature wearing a blue mask with dark stuff pouring down from the mask's eyes. You couldn't see much but you knew they were wearing a mask.

"...kinky."

As I take a moment to process everything and it shouldn't have taken me so long but to me time went so slow. As I snapped back into reality I felt frozen as the creature placed their hand on my cheek.

"My y/n."

I gasped as my eyes are covered but as the light comes back into view. It felt like I had just woken from a nap and I hope that was all it was as I stared at the car. I had been waiting in the back of a car for my mentor to tell me if they have caught the person.

"Y/n! Come out, we found it!"

I didn't take the time to reply to my mentor I jumped out of the car and ran into the forest. I slow down as I stare at the man aiming their guns at a figure before shooting and the figure fell.

"Drag it back here! We don't know if this is a trap!"

I stood there crossing my arms as I watch a net fly over the fallen figure. I walked slowly back to the car but this time I placed my self in the black van that was gonna hold this creature.

"Y/n be careful with this creature alright?"

I only nod I felt like a kid being eternally excited but as I stood there allowing the moon light to shine on the figure, my eyes only widened as examine the creature with my eyes.

The dark brown hair the creature had was hidden behind a dark hoodie but the face and any skin that was visible was completely grey but the face had blood all over the mouth that showed their teeth that had blood on them like the sharpest knife in the world, there black eyes that leaked black stuff but you examining was cut short as the figure was thrown in the back.

I jump in after and closed the doors. I wait for the car to start driving and as it begins I pull out my flashlight and shined it on the creature. As I approach the knocked out creature I felt that this was technically approaching death.

But as I sat down and lowered the figure's hoodie  and touched the short brown hair it felt soft. I couldn't help but lean a little closer examining the face. I placed my hand down the figures face, even through the skin was grey it felt like a human's flesh. I locked my figure into the figure's eye holes but no eye was there. I thought to myself self this creature could be blind but it also looked human. You were confused but before ending your examination you opened the creature's mouth but as you open it you are not only met with one young but about 3. As you examine the black tongues you couldn't help but prick your finger on one of the sharp edges of the creatures teeth.

"Ah"

And as my blood drops onto the teeth I watch as the tongues immediately cleaned it. I fastly pulled my finger out of the creature's mouth but I watched as the creature sat up and stared at me.

It the weird position we were in I watch as the creature pushes me onto the floor of the car and pulls my hands above my head. As I stare at the creatures face I immediately knew that this creature didn't identify me as a threat but identified me as his prey.
