☆Atsushis pov☆
It was a normal ish day at the detective agency everything was slow no cases or anything yosano was going to go shopping when I offered to do it for her since I needed to go pick something up myself
"Are you sure you wanna go shopping by yourself I can come" with you she asked handing me a list of things
"No, it's okay I need to get something my self " I said taking the list
"If you don't mind me asking what are you getting?" She said intrigued
"Oh erm just stuff" I say nervously hoping she wont ask anything else about it
"Hmm, alright then" she said walking back to her office
I decided to put on a jumper and left since the weather has been a lot colder

I was walking around grabbing everything on the list which was basically just stuff for the agency
After I got all of the stuff I walked into a pharmacy I hadn't really told anyone about my hallucinations except from Kyouka and dazai he suggested I take medication for it since it sounds like psychosis and he was right so for the past 2 weeks I have been on meds for it
I walked up to the counter and was greeted with an elderly woman
"I'm here to pick up my medication" i say anxiously
"Ah what's your name" she said adjusting her glasses while looking at her computer screen
"Atsushi nakajima"
"Ah atsushi that's for the Antipsychotic medicines, also known as neuroleptics, are usually recommended as the first treatment for psychosis?" She said looking up at me to confirm
"Yes" I replied nervously
"Well take a seat I'll go fetch that for you sweetie" she said walking off
I sat down nervously waiting just as I did the bell at the door chimed and someone walked in I caught a glimpse of them
NO WAY i thought but as soon as they coughed I knew who it was he seemed to be buying cough sweets and other cough related things
He was standing at the counter waiting for the lady so she could ring him up
I hoped he wouldn't notice me
"Were tiger!? What are you doing here" he sneered
"Well I could ask you the same question" I said waiting for his reply
"I'm here to buy cough sweets now why would you have business in a pharmacy" he questioned
"Oh well erm I-"
Just as I was about to make an excuse the old lady came back and said
"Heres you medication dearie" handing the bag to me I walk over and take it
"What medication could you possibly be on jinko?" Akutagawa asked
"It doesn't matter it's none of your business what kind of meds I take" I say walking away

I finally arrive back at the agency
"Here yosano" I say handing her stuff to her
"Thanks atsushi" she said smiling and walking away
I sat back down at my desk annoyed the rest of the day went by fast faster than I expected I finally got home and sighed as I entered my apartment
I looked over to see a note on the fridge

I Took one of my pills and ate my food after that I went for a shower

I changed into my pyjamas and brushed my teeth after I walked over to my bed and drifted of to sleep
