Chapter 16 -

~No one pov~

Y/n won the match with the score 2-0. Shu felt proud of her. Everyone was cheering for raging bulls. When they went out of the auditorium building. They were surrounded by a crowd of reporters.

Reporter 1 : We heard that Miss Y/n is your wife Mr. Kurenai.

Reporter 2 : Is this the reason why she is in your team??

Y/n felt uncomfortable and humiliated as she worked hard for reaching this position. Shu noticed that.

Reporter 3 : Just because she is your wife? Don't it unfair?

Reporter 1 : We also heard that you married her because of some legacy.

Reporter 2 : What? Do you use her--

Shu : SHUT UP YOU ALL!!

They all went shocked and silent. Shu closed his eyes before controlling his anger and himself for not to create a scene.

Shu : This is true Y/n is my wife but this is not the reason why she is in must team. She is here because she is very hardworking. She is here because of her talent and efforts!

Y/n heart warms up as Shu held her hand and took her out of the crowd. Then, they went to their hotel. It was already lunch time so they went for lunch. Y/n sat beside Ethan. Shu looked at them as he want Y/n to sit beside him instead of Ethan. 

Shu : Umm...Y/n?.

Y/n : Yeah?

Shu : Can you go to another seat? I want to discuss something important with Ethan....

Y/n : Okay...

She stood up and looked all the seats are occupied only one seat left so she went and sit there. Shu sat between Y/n and Ethan.

Ethan : What do you want to say Shu?

Shu : Are you the one who put the letter and knife that night and tried to scare Y/n? 🤨

He said in a low voice which Y/n didn't hear. Ethan widened his eyes.

Ethan : H-Huh? H-How d-do y-you know that? 😅

Shu : Well I think you forget to take your id card with you that day right?

Ethan then rembered that he accidently dropped his id card that night.

Shu : Remember?

Ethan : A-Actually...Y-Yes...But it is not my plan it's Sakura's plan...😓

Shu : Oh? Then I should thank her too.

Ethan : I am so sorry-- wait don't you angry on us?

Shu : No because of you something happen....

He said and closed his eyes remembering how she is in his arms that night and their closeness.

Ethan mind : Did something happen? 🤔 Wait did they do that?😦

Shu noticed his expressions and said.

Shu : Now don't think something stupid 😒 and focus on eating if you not then I will tell Y/n.

Ethan : Okay 🤐

He got scared and started eating silently.

After lunch, everyone went back to their rooms. Shu was in the shower while Y/n texting Luca about today's match. Shu went out of the shower and Y/n asked.

Y/n : So where is our second match and when is the flight?

Shu : Actually..Some rules changed...Now all the matches were held in London.

Y/n : W-What?? Means we have to stay here more days?

Shu : Yeah but just three days more.

Y/n : Okay then....

~Somewhere else~
~At Night~

Rose : I-I saw her mom! I am telling truth!!

Woman : Its not possible Rose. She already dead and please don't take that girl's name!

Rose : But--

Woman : Look Rose...forget about this please!!

Rose sighted and went to her room. She saw his husband standing in the balcony staring at the sky. She went near him.

Rose : D-Do you eat your dinner?

He looked at her and just nodded.

Rose : O-Okay then...

She about to go but he held her wrist.

?? : Don't scare from me Rose. I am not a monster.

Rose : I-I was just...

?? : I am sorry. I shouldn't take my anger on you....But I just can't accept that Y/n left me.

Rose : But atleast give our marriage a chance?

?? : No. I only love Y/n...Sorry to say but you can't take her place. She is my everything--

She ran to her room as she can't able to hear her husband talking about another girl but she don't hate him. She love him.
