Break Up.

Jake's POV                                                                                                                                                                                I've been thinking about breaking up with my soon to be ex Tara, I do love her, but in a friend way, you know? Anyway I'm going to tell my best friend Johnnie first cuz I kinda like to tell him things first cuz I trust him a lot more than my other friends I've known for like 10+ years, I know it's stupid but its just that- you know what, never mind.                                                                               (No ones POV)                                                                                                                                                                     As Jake was walking downstairs to his best friend he couldn't  help but look at Johnnie with love in his eyes, but he couldn't like him like that, hes his best friend! (for now😏)                                            (Jake's POV)                                                                                                                                                                          "h-hey um Johnnie i have to tell you s-something.." I said, trying not to stutter but failing "oh hey Jake, whats up?" Johnnie asked with care in his eyes "I think I'm gonna break up with Tara.." I said, now crying, I don't even know why i'm crying  "Come here Jake" Johnnie said opening his arms. As i lent into Johnnie i felt a small yet cold arm rub my back in circles filling me with warmth "t-thanks Johnnie" i said pulling away for him with puffy and red eyes from crying "It's okay Jake.Anyway do you want to go to 711 ill get you a monster or you can just stay in the house your eyes are still really red" Johnnie said still holding Jake "uhm I dunno cuz I still need to tell Tara" i said resting my head on johnnies chest "Okay do you wanna tell her now or we could tell her tmrw?" Johnnie said, stroking my hair I'm not gonna lie I liked it, no I didn't like it, I fucking loved it. "We can tell her now" I said now looking at the pale zombie looking man that was STILL stroking my hair.

*johnnies gave them some time to talk cuz he didn't start anything..... ps jakes pov

"Okay Tara i wanted to talk to you cuz-" she cut me off "Jake i wanted to talk to you too.." Tara said, looking at her boots "Okay, do you want to say it on 3?" i said hoping that she was gonna say the same thing as me "Yeah, sure" she said "Okay 3..2..1.." "I'm breaking up with you!" we both said "I just think we need to end things because we are holding each other back." Tara said with a little drops of tears on her t-shirt. I just nodded I didn't know what else to say, she was right. "We can still be friends though right" Tara said looking at me worried thinking I would say no "Ofc Tara we will be besties!" I said, trying to lighten up the mood, and it worked "omg thank you so much Jake!" Tara said jumping into my arms, giggling "It's okay Tara why wouldn't I wanna be your friend, right i gtg anyway cuz scuff needs me to be in a music vid so ill see you soon Tara ily" I said, in a friend way ofc tho "Bye Jake, ilyt!" Tara said before closing the door, waving to me.
