1. Deep breathing: simply breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and repeat

2. The box method: breathe in for five seconds, hold your breath for five seconds, and breath out for a few seconds

I don't really know any other but I think those might help for now and when I learn new ones I'll add those to this book
