then you know you're going down again.
then you know your smile is gone.
then you know you're getting sick.
then you know you're always tired.
tired of school,
tired of people,
tired of things,
tired of your hobbies
and tired of family.
tired of life.
you don't know what to feel - your heart is giving up.
you don't know what to think - your head doesn't work.
you don't know how to stay calm - your breath makes you panic.
you don't know how to stay awake - you dont have energy.
no energy for anything.
neither for feeling nor for thinking -
neither for breathing nor for moving.
no energy for living.
and you don't know what to do
